High Reaper Dominity

For nearly a hundred years, High Reaper Dominity was in charge of the Reapers and the Church of Hapi in Narport, ruling it with his own iron fist. Several months ago, Dominity died, leaving a vacuum behind which the party has been sent to make sense of and then to fill.

Dean of Reapers Shanword Hill

A gray-haired human, Shanword Hill serves as the head of the entire Reapers' organization, second only to the Primate of the Church in rank.

He has a reputation for many exploits when he was a line Reaper, and is both feared and respected within the Church of Hapi and throughout Kesperex.

He directly commisions the party to report to and take control of Narport.

Negus Adalamous

His Immortal Majesty, Beylerbey of All the Southern Tribes, Protector of the Shield of Munron, Negus of Narport, Negusa Nagast in Exile Adalamous XXIII is an aging halfling.

Like most halflings in Kesperex he is dark skinned, hailing back to the great Halfling Empire in the Burned Lands where his ancestors came from when they founded Narport in the dawn of the Second Age. His hair has gone grey in recent years, and his features are unmistakably aging, though he is still sharp of wit and his mind remains unclouded.
