Been pretty quiet here. Am I missing anything?

Unfortunately our GM, AlwaysBlue, has been absent from the site for nearly two weeks.

This sort of thing happens more often than I would like, but there is always a risk of people ghosting when we are playing with strangers who we have no way of contacting.

I optimistically still submitted a character and continued discourse after the GM had been gone for two days, but it is looking dubious that this game will get off its feet.

A pity, I really liked the interactions with all of you and think we had an interesting town and people going.

I admit I've also been slower than I would have liked with getting my character done and submitted, but it is still a shame. She might still return, but considering how new her account was, it's more likely than not that she won't.

Ok. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. I figured it happens. Ppb is easy in it's make up, but I'm noticing how time consuming it can be. Thanks everyone.

That is true. It can take a lot of discipline to keep things balanced and not let it become a burden on the rest of our lives.

How have you been enjoying it so far?

I am debating about running it. I have not run Kids on Bikes but I have ran a lot of 5e games.

'Kids' games (though mainly 'school' games) and 'horror' games are areas I am really not good at running, was hoping to get a little more exposure.

I have mentored many similar games (mainly a whole lot of Monsterhearts back when it first came out), so if you want to try running it, I am happy to play your guide, @Smiley.

It's different. I knew it would be. I have done it once before, a long time ago. I am in another game and need to get into that one a bit more than I have been, that's for sure.

Particularly sad to have your first experiences plagued by issues like this game fading away. Hopefully your game with Harrigan gives you a better idea of how these things can work when they work.

Harrigan is a great and reliable GM. That other game should go well
