Barley says:

Barley looks back at the factions and bows in apology. "No time to waste, I have a feeling that the Catkin is important, perhaps the most important part of this illusion.", he thinks, then quickly follows the Catkin through through the darken doorway. He reaches out searching for the Catkin's mind, in case they get too far away.

Vaun was surprised to see Rhidon again, "Woah! Master Axehorn, it is a pleasant surprise to see you again. I was having visions and then I heard the sound of running water, and now I am back here. Look! The elemental moves again; lets follow
it." He started following the Elemental, keeping a careful eye on where it was taking them.

Beruga says:

Beruga realizes that the fountain's direction is likely controlled by the same water elemental, and orders those who have joined her at the plaza to follow the water's path. Then she hesitates herself, not sure whether to follow as well, or to go back and convince others to head down the same path. She perks her ears and sniffs the air again to judge whether the water is leading the townsfolk on a safe journey, or if they still need her guidance.

Barley says:

Barley works through the pain and stares directly at the Catkin. "It didn't need the be this way!", he hisses through clenched teeth and unleashes two psychi bolts into the Catkin's snarling face.

Barley is hoping the Catkin loses it's grip. Here come the attacks!

Rhidon and Vaun rush into a room only to see Beruga step into it blinking in confusion. The three of you are now back in the room with the tiles, that still glow faintly. The elemental continues back the way you came from. The sounds of battle are not far away and the trio rush to find their friend and aid him. The elemental heads strait across the next room and through a door you did not explore into an area with natural light from an open balcony. The elemental continues leading you all towards the sounds of battle.

Rhidon charges toward the spider and tries to get some strikes in before it gets another web attack off. "Barley! Are you injured?" he bellows as he attempts a punch attack, and a kick.

Vaun followed Rhidon and Beruga towards the sound of battle only to find Barley fighting the large spider. "Beruga! It's good to see that you are alright. Let's rescue Barley from this monster." He drew his dagger and rushed forward to slash the spider.

Beruga squeels in delight at the surprise sight of her friends. Vaun! Rhidon! Where'd you go? I think I got time warped or something. I was trying to evacuate the city when - AUGH SPIDER!!!

Beruga is too off-guard to make a focused attack, but will instinctively pull out her morning star at the last second before attempting to smash the spider. She will also use her claws and teeth to try to sever the bonds restricting Barley.

The giant spider is swiftly dispatched by the group and barley freed of the webs. The room you find yourselves in is bare save the now dead spider (3). The previous room (2) was similarly bare but before that you had seen a balcony to the outside out the north wall of the room (1).

While in the illusion Rhidon had wandered through the web filled room (11) and Vaun to the far room (9) While Beruga has moves back the way you came (7) while in the illusion.

I'm curious about the balcony, but given our recent experience Rhidon would hesitate to wander off alone.

Vaun was astonished to find himself in a totally separate room from others. He had no idea that he was wandering in the illusion. He talked with others in telepathy, saying, "We all better meet up and follow the Elemental. It knows where the heart is after all, right?"

"Thank you everyone for coming to my aid.", Barley says ripping the last strands of web off his person. He stands, then stretches.

Looking at the dead spider he says, "While I was in the enchantment, I saw a council deliberating two rooms to the east. The room had a balcony. Before we go, we may want to check that room. There maybe remnants or records left of what was decided there. They were debating what to do with the tree heart. I thought this one might have been the enchanter, they spoke to me in a way that made me feel so. The spider appeared as a Catkin in the enchantment. It tried to leave. I'm not sure if it wished to lead me away or if my curiosity provoked the attack, but a clue to this situation may be in that room." Barley relays the rest of what he can remember from the vision.

OOC:

"I think we should go check out the balcony room. I also think Barley would be more curious than hesitant.
