Taking his time, our half-orc fellow swallows his pride and gingerly climbs out of the pit onto the other side.

Harsk rises from darkened hole, and rejoins his companions on other side of the pit.

After he is up fairly athletic Scarfs will take a long running start to leap across the pit.

Did Scarfs make the jump, or do I have to roll something?

Scarfs lands on the other side of the pit with a tumbling roll after jumping the pit showing off how athletic she really is. "Bit of a jump but make able."

Eronar, pretty quick on his feet, runs and leaps across the pit.

Chester approached the door on the other side of the hall, hands tucked into pockets woven into his cloak. He was confident the others could navigate the pit without his help.

Leaning forwards, he examined the mechanism, to see if it would cause any havoc. He also leaned close to the door, testing it with one hand, seeing if he could peek through it or, failing that, listen to see if he could hear any commotion on the other side.

With some play in her voice, "So. Harsk. Leave anything down there." as Chester is going for the door.

Garbuffel, his scatter-brained mind lost on gazing at some junk littered around and playing with the remains of the jelly, noticed the tall folk had wandered on. He quickly followed, grabbing hold of the wall next to the pit and easily following by scampering along it, hardly slowing down as if he was some sort of spider. Was a hole in the ground what took the long-legs so long? Weird.

Chester poked at the door...

Harsk strides forward. Helping kind companions around the pit, and places hall-orc self near Chester.
What do you think, Harsk asks Chester. Our half-orc ranger shifts his attention between his inquisitive friend, and to the rusty lever.

Smiles as her toying with Harks goes unnoticed. She silently moves behind all as they are looking over the door opening. She leaning over to see what is what.

Garbuffel joined the others, and looked at the door.
"What, we're leaving already?"

Eronar raises an eyebrow at Garbuffle, "Do you want to stick around?" he asks. "I’m ready to get the hell out of here!"
