I'm off for a work trip the next week (getting back next Friday) - flights etc, and full-on days (teaching/training all day). I'll be quieter or may not post some of the days - the fact Marya is off on her own atm makes that less of an issue, I hope.

Sure, we can summarize when you get back to the land of the postings.

I'm going to be pretty scarce tomorrow (Tuesday). I have to bring my daughter back to college and then it looks I might actually have some snow to shovel. Probably won't be around until late in the day or that night before I can check in.

Sorry for my silence this week. Learned this week that when on a work trip I can post in a scene I'm in with others, but the concentration needed to come up with and drive a scene on my own wasn't there. On my next trip I'll make sure I'm in a scene with others, which should mean I keep posting.

Just noticed our local IMAX is showing the recent Dune film this evening... I'm tempted (haven't seen it on the big screen yet...)

I'm trying to avoid spoilers... so far I just know that walken is the emperor and that the reviews are good heh... don't know any of the other castings (well, I guess it's only Feyd who's a big character still to be shown).......

I'm going to rewatch Part 1 tomorrow morning and then go see part 2 on Saturday, likely in the afternoon.

My wife and I did that last weekend. :)

No spoilers. If you liked Part 1, I believe that you'll like Part 2. I did. :)

I did enjoy it. Definitely loved the cinematography and the sound. The set design and costumes.
