OOC Chat

Talk about whatever. Please keep rules questions in OOC tags in the gameplay threads. If you're going to be absent for awhile, let us all know here, please.

So to clarify, if there are rules questions, don't put them here? Or rather, if we have them and pose them in the IC thread, use OOC tags?

Waiting to get in front of a PC instead of posting on my phone for the big first post.

Yeah, keep the rules questions in the IC thread using the OOC tag. If we need to have a big discussion about something and the ooc tags are not appropriate, we can move it here. But I'd like to keep it all in the IC threads.

Cool.

WarDomo, do you have a name yet?

Tefri.

LOL. Off to an auspicious start. :)

Yikes.

Hrmm. Adom's turning out to be way more of an asshole than I'd originally pictured. Hopefully something dramatic will happen where he'll have to change his opinions somewhat. :)

Yeah I already want to punch him :)

Yeah I'm sure shared problems will bring these characters closer together. If not, well, there is always 'Fight'. ;)

Shark I just copied my char into a legit character sheet and submitted it, just so I can attach a picture for my character and use it during posts.

I think it's actually pretty cool how we all seem to be at each others throats right off the bat. We'll see how things shake out when the sh*t hits the fan which seems to be fast approaching :)

Just accepted it. You should be good now.

XD I'm very interested in seeing how this goes.

Indeed :)

Sabra lets his training take over. He does not wait for the others. He begins to sing the Song of the Sword. If the humans are mesmerized by it, so be it. Perhaps it will give this rider pause too. He calls to mind the verses of the Elven Heroine Chin’nesstre whose sword sang with her. His own blade begins to vibrate as he steps into the middle of the street.
What I wrote before I decided this was a problem for the humans and not an elf trying to hide his heritage while taking revenge on the humans that took his lands.

. . . I have to think. I feel like his grief would still be impacted by mindless killing. These people are not the aim of his vengeance. I'M SO CONFLICTED!

I think . . . I think I'm just going to go with the original post and his hiding be damned until his involvement becomes an issue for him.

Sorry to put the intended effect after the roll but within the context of the post you can tell that was what I was going for. I can reroll if you want but I was going for the Ob 2 Singing Blade effect which I would have passed with the other roll. I'll be sure to put it in the post in the future, it was just a bit late and time for bed.

No worries, just drop the mechanical note in an OOC tag so we have no confusion. Being explicit is a very good thing to be.

Crap on a stick. It was worth a shot. And at least the reroll aces thing makes it easy to do open-ended tests.

Maybe we can toss a spear or a rod or something into the spokes of the wheels and trip him up...
