So, do we have a name for the god of the dead? Wasn't sure if there was a name you had in mind.

Also, is this the sort of stuff we're saying he would normally be doing with Faith? Or is it more meant to be truly miraculous stuff? I'm feeling like right now I'm playing it sort of like a non-combat Jedi, in that he's not using it for every little thing, but it's available for relatively frequent minor use and occasional big flashy stuff.

As far as the god's name, I've just been using the actual Egyptian names. Anubis would be good here. Osiris is also a god of the dead, it appears, but more in a resurrection tone it looks like. Anubis is the darker, grimmer one, i think.

Ok. I figured asking for an omen is a reasonable prayer. Also, if it goes unanswered there's always the fun of figuring out if that's a no or if he just failed. :)

That's a Difficult test earned toward Faith. (I rolled 5D vs an obstacle 5. Artha spent on a roll don't count as extra dice when calculating the Test/XP you earn.)

Also, I thought about using persona Artha, but reading the rules, I'd save at least one point of that for truly important stuff. Persona allows you to turn a killing blow into "just" a really bad hit, Rules As Written.

No this is a new temple that was built. You dedicated it and that's what started this whole mess. That's what i was thinking.

Ok, so this temple is the central location that started this mess. Tefri's wife, Adom's little pre-dedication ritual, etc all happened here. Correct? And has it been long enough that Sobek's records and scrolls, etc have been moved here so we could potentially do some research?

Also, I love the description of the omen. Do the others see it, too, or just Adom?

Well Faith does ask for a miracle and there's always a physical manifestation. But that doesn't mean someone HAS to see it, i suppose. Someone who didn't believe enough might not see it.

Okay, with that in mind I'll hold off saying anything for a bit if people want to RetCon anything.

I've read the responses so far and I'm loving what you all are bringing to this game. I'll make a post and answer all your questions later when I'm back home.

I was planning on posting earlier, but today has been... frustrating. Anyway, I'm finally back home and looking into everything to respond to it.

Still, the Skull Island episode came out today, and was a ton of fun, so there's that. Steampunk Zombie Guerilla Gorillas, LOL. :)
