Let me explain how this work in 2.1. But wait for DM to confirm if it works the same in this game
Your ammo is unlimited. You only need to be reloaded when:
a) You use any of "Salvo options" during your attack
b) You roll 1 on the Wrath Die during combat and suffer complication type "out of ammo"

In Wrath & Glory you don’t need to keep track of every round you firea) You use any of "Salvo options" during your attack

[ +- ] Salvo - details
Some ranged weapons have a Salvo rating which is used for the following option
for example BOlt pistol has salvo 1 while Boltgun 2
There are 3 options:
Full Auto - add X ED to damage (x=weapon salvo value)
Spray Shot - If you do Multi-Attack, it reducing the DN of the Test by the weapon’s Salvo value (at the cost of ammunition)
Spray Shot Vs Mobs - let's forget this unless we face any Mobs which we never did.

[ +- ] Combat Complication - details
The player and GM should work together to devise a Combat Complication... If neither player nor GM can come up with a Complication, then roll on the Combat Complications table.
In my last game we always rolled and picked from the table.
In this game I've seen DM deciding jamming complication, but 9 more complications are possible
