"I'm thinking counter-rumors. Maybe the crates we want have been exposed to dangerous pathogens? Irradiated with nargon-14? Who knows!" He smiles at the thought. "But, agreed—knowing which crates we want is an important first step if we can't just buy the whole lot."

What is the local time? And the auction is tomorrow? Just curious what timeline we're looking at to gather intel and spread misinformation.

Moving out into the streets of Lianna, you make your way east of the Starport into a sprawling warehouse area. Following the directions from Niic, you manage to find your way fairly quickly to the Imperial Customs overflow yard. It's a large building with a fenced in yard on the right side of the building. A worker is directing some load lifters to place large crates with an even spacing in the yard.

Ken casually strolls around, chatting and laughing with his companions, but taking a look at the security in the yard, the fencing, and getting a look at the alley behind to see if there is any cover or places to hide if they were planning to break in.

AD-hoc will look at the height of the buildings and tries to calculate if he can climb one with his ascension gear, or perhaps get there from another rooftop.

The Alley behind the warehouse contains the expected assortment of old crates and commercial trash receptacles. AD-hoc is sure he could climb the 2 story warehouse from the alley, if he needed to. Ken is pretty sure there are a couple cameras sweeping the yard, however, the recently placed crates, which are about 2 meter cubes, server to break up the lines of sight into the yard.

The worker, standing on the edge of the yard let's out a quick whistle. The two load lifters pause in their movements as the human turns to you.

"Sure, where were you headed?"

Creds smiles as the worker comes over. Organic eyes are one thing, but the Lutrillian glances at his comrades and hopes they're smart enough to evade the surveillance cams. "It's been a while since I was on Lianna. I'm planning to bid on some lots tomorrow. There may be nothing valuable at all, but I love the thrill of the competition! And I have to admit I also love meeting other auction heads like myself and buying a round or two. What's the scene like here? Where do the auctioneers hang out to get a drink or a bite to eat?

Goal is both to get info out of him, but also to keep him occupied. Let me know if/when a roll is required.
