I did not see your Nature result, clearly you know that it is a very bad idea. You realize the snakes are scared and the best way is to gently shoo them away. Trying to put them in a bag will only result in scaring them even more and that might result in a catastrophe.

If in spite of your result in nature (taht will allow you to shoo them correctlyà you want to continue with the sac:
- You may throw a wisdom check DC 15 to see if for some odd reason you decided to bring a bag
- You then need a Nature check DC 30 to bag them (it takes a DC 20 expert level just to shoo them away)
