Jack lays eyes on the black vehicle the moment she gets outside, and seeing the sparks flying from its damaged wheel gives her hope. Quick mental calculations see her try to predict where it will try to make an exit onto the street. That becomes her interception point, her point of attack -- and off she goes, cutting across the parking lot, bounding over cars, racing between rows, forward-flipping as she leaps over fences and guardrails...
For the latter, I'm thinking Superhuman Physique d8 (or Den Mother, frankly), Duty d10 (to Anika), and Agility d10. She can bring in one Power for free, is that right? If so, Movement d6.
If we were to look at creating an Asset first, that's probably Den Mother d8 + Duty d10 + Alertness d8. No power to bring to bear, and the van's complication probably won't play in.
RESULT
So that's probably a 15 with a d8 effect die, or a 14 with a d10 effect die, depending on what the opposition gets?
Rolls
Run, Jack! (Superhuman Physique d8, Duty d10, Agility d10, Movement Power d6, Van Damage d10) - (1d8, 1d10, 1d10, 1d6, 1d10)
1d8 : (3) = 3
1d10 : (6) = 6
1d10 : (9) = 9
1d6 : (5) = 5
1d10 : (1) = 1
