Yes the boar head Tinkara destroyed with 2 fire bolts had an AC and an amount of HP.
We have much more objects destroyed through the game, as much as I remember the rest of them were destroyed using melee weapons
There is one "but" though. The demi-god who created this place decided to protect some of the objects against destruction in one way or another. And you wouldn't know until try.

Does the golden skull even acknowledge Criella talking to it or does it continue to put out its dribble?

Sorry I missed exactly what Criella is talking to skull. I read she consider "block off her hearing." but don't see exactly what you say to the skull if you say anything.
Could you please talk to skull in first person at least first sentence or two. It would much depend if you say say to skull "you are curse and I need to get rid of you" versus "hi, how are you. my name is Criella, what's your name", don't you agree?

Sorry. I thought to avoid posting commentary to the skull as much as you didn't want to constantly write out commentary from it. Fixing.
