There are no apparent vents or two doors on the ceiling. There is a glint of silver within the bones just under the skull, but otherwise, it appears to be a pile of bones and no more.

I think it's fair to say you were all ready and it's action is to animate, so you may act first. (Doesn't matter if you have it's head.)

Tabat pulls free his adamantine flail and smashes it against the thing assembling before them. "Hold steady, Iseret, we'll take it down together!"

Jaware draws two arrows and let's them loose, then a third.

Flat-footed AC is 19. 21 damage, bypasses the DR. Damage taken, 55.

The creature takes horrific damage from those attacking it, then throws bones at Tabat even as it forms into it's full shape. These bones magically duplicate and form a cage surrounding Tabat. The Bone came squeezes crushing Tabat within.

Tabat cries out as the cadaverous cage constricts against him. His muscles tense and he attempts to shatter free of it...feeling his efforts fail to have an effect, he looks to his gauntleted hand, the cage threatening to push against him again. "Get me out of this thing!" he shouts, "I'll tear this thing apart!"

Tabat safely caged, the bone creature attacks Iseret, it's mighty body thrashing at her hard. (She takes 25 damage).

Iseret tumbles away and attacks the cage. She knicks it.

Tabat's fury is unwavering and he crushes the golem to splinters and shards.

Combat is over.

A silver collar lies in the wreckage (non-magical, worth 750gp).

Three short corridors slope down from the center of this cruciform chamber, each ending at a wall with a large, carved stone face— one frightened, one sad, and one angry. Tablets, statues, icons, and carvings cram the corridors. A fourth hallway leads west to a set of bronze double doors from which you entered.

Heaving and catching his breath from the sudden and brutal onslaught, Tabat muses, "I guess we didn't get wet. Everyone okay?"

He makes his way down the southern corridor, studying the litany of objects lining the walls. When he makes it to the end, he looks over the carved face, inspecting it.
