The new group of 3

The party, having arrived a few hours earlier than the transaction was to take place, has set up shop.
The three of you hunker down. Hiding in the bramble of bushes and in the old dead tree.
Bela, invisible, hides in the direction the Blackthorns are supposed to arrive, and Fauntleroy is sitting perched in a tree where Pip is supposed to travel from.

The silver sliver of the moon is almost ready to peek into the sky as the minutes tick by.
Bela, perched in a tree, does not notice any movement in the woods—no sign of the Blackthorns.

Fauntleroy and the party do not notice anything either, besides a single Raven that flies up and perches on top of the old, ruined watchtower.

Glancing up at the perched raven with unease, Dr Crow commands Bella to take it out.

Spider form, invisibility… flies to the tower crawls up....bites the raven.

Bitey Spider!

Action to command bite... if misses, bonus action to bite again...

Critical bite damage! +4hp

The small spider bites the Raven and it poofs out of existence which is not normal for a raven to do...

"As I suspected" whispers Crow "A familiar"

Realizing that he was likely right, Jerinvar mused:

"Well, if it was the familiar of either party we've certainly given them reason to come in expecting trouble."

Keeping a look out for either the Blackthorns or Apthocary, the party waits. The moon rises to its highest point in the sky and the party still waits. 5 than 10 minutes pass before a Man and woman come out of hiding in the woods.
They stand by a piece of a broken watch tower and in between two trees.

Crow sends Bella to spy on the newcomers

Jerinvar instructs Fauntleroy to remain where he is and to remain vigilant in his observations.

Bela flies over to a nearby tree and listens in to the Blacktorns.
Garik leans up against a tree "He should have been here by now. What is taking him?
Lira standing on some rumble. "Just a little bit longer, my Love. He should be here soon."
Garik "He is already 20 minutes late. This is ridiculous. We should get a discount..."
Garik grumbles pulls out a pipe and starts smoking as they wait.
