"Its better than nothing...Lets Go," says Crow helping Jorah keep up.

Within about 100ft of the town, the pack of wolves breaks off, and the dense fog begins to fade away.
Out of the woods, you come to the backside of a roll of houses.
The lights have all gone out, and all of the houses are closed and boarded up.
You hear what sounds like the stumbled footfalls of a lot of people and the sound of a woman mornfully crying.

Jerinvar looks for a place to hide, while at the same time, retrieving Fauntleroy from his pocket dimension and sends him to fly overhead. His eyes then close as he observes through the owl familiars eyes and ears.

Fauntleroy flies up over the delapidated houses to see what the stomping is.
What the owl finds is a horde of zombies stumbling down the street with a purpose.
They don't appear like a mindless horde, more like someone is controlling them...

Jerinvar relays to the others about the seemingly non-mindless horde of zombies, or at the very least mindless yet being controlled in some way so as to appear to have a purpose.

"Given what we'vebeen through today, i wouldnt be surprised if we are that purpose..."

Dr. Crow moves to find some cover and sends an invisible Bella into the night sky to see if she can determine numbers and positions and most importantly who the controller is.

Bella sees hundreds of undead shambling down a single path, their hollow eyes fixated on a large, isolated mansion. They surround it like a relentless tide of death.

Floating ominously above the mansion is a woman of dark power. Her flowing white gown, adorned with gold ornaments, starkly contrasts with her dark complexion. Long, dark hair, decorated with sinister golden accessories, frames a face of stern, malevolent beauty. Her piercing eyes seem to see into your soul. One hand is raised as if casting a dreadful curse, while the other hangs menacingly. A golden headpiece and intricate jewelry only add to her terrifying aura of unearthly authority.

Bella remains cautious but curious and she does a circling flyby 50 yards or so to get a full look at the beauty before returning to Crow.

"We need to find shelter for the night" Says Crow. "If this is a normal occurrence around here then I suspect everything would be locked down but we still have to try."

Crow sends Bella to look for a tavern or an abandoned building we can shelter in

Jerinvar calls Fauntleroy back to him and then awaits the outcome of Bella's search for safe haven for the night.

Is it safe to assume Fauntleroy returned to Jerinvar? If so the owl will be returned to the dimensional pocket.
