Create a subclass for d&d. The mainclass is rogue. The subclass should be balanced and get a unique feature at the levels as other rogue subclasses. The them of the subclass should be a sniper-archer

### Subclass: Sniper
#### Overview
The Sniper is a Rogue who has honed their skills with ranged weapons to lethal precision. They specialize in taking out targets from a distance, using stealth and cunning to remain unseen while delivering deadly shots.
#### Level 3: Sniper Training
When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with longbows and heavy crossbows. Additionally, you can use Dexterity instead of Strength for the attack and damage rolls of your ranged weapon attacks.
**Sniper’s Focus**: You can use a bonus action to focus on a target within 150 feet. When you do so, you gain advantage on your next attack roll against that target before the end of your next turn.
#### Level 9: Steady Aim
At 9th level, you have mastered the art of taking your time to line up the perfect shot. If you have not moved during your turn, you can use your action to make a single ranged weapon attack. When you do so, the attack scores a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20, and your movement speed is reduced to 0 until the end of your turn.
**Enhanced Range**: The range of your ranged weapon attacks is doubled.
#### Level 13: Ghost Strike
Starting at 13th level, you can strike with such precision and stealth that your attack can bypass your target's defenses. When you make a ranged weapon attack while hidden, the attack ignores the target’s cover (including full cover if you know the target's location).
**Hide in Plain Sight**: You can attempt to hide when you are lightly obscured by natural phenomena, such as foliage, heavy rain, falling snow, mist, and other natural occurrences.
#### Level 17: Deadly Precision
At 17th level, your skill with ranged weapons reaches its peak. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a ranged weapon attack, you can choose to deal an additional 3d6 damage. This extra damage increases to 6d6 if you had advantage on the attack roll.
**Silent Killer**: When you hit a creature with a ranged weapon attack, you can choose to remain hidden. If you do, you must make a Dexterity (Stealth) check contested by the target’s Wisdom (Perception) check. On a success, you remain hidden from that target.
### Sniper Features Summary:
- **Level 3: Sniper Training** - Proficiency with longbows and heavy crossbows, Dexterity for ranged attacks, bonus action to focus for advantage.
- **Level 9: Steady Aim** - Critical hit on 19-20 if not moved, doubled range for ranged attacks.

Level 3: dex instead of str on range attacks? Try again. Focus looks like an ability rogues already get from Tasha's but doesn't limit movement
Level 9: don't move to crit on 19 with ranged? Meh compared to the fighter champion subclass.
Level 13: in my games cover tends to be forgotten
Level 17: a meh subclass ends with a big bang, adv should be easy (level 3) so thats 6d6 extra on top of sneak attack. Deadly. But... you have to get to 17 first...
I might be interested in running a similar game like this with all credits to valdattaMadun.
Need to figure how to work out maps and such here. (Played with it, but images don't seem to load)
