With a sigh Charum grumbles a bit What have we really learned? We already knew the fire was becoming a larger problem. Who can we talk to or where can we go for answers? It seems we should simply continue to Alderheart.

Stepping to the side Charum talks briefly with Kenna. Perhaps you should stay and talk with Susan to get a better understanding of her activities. Even better would be is one of the locals were to perhaps work here to help her and perhaps remind her of others perspectives so she does not continue acting without considering consequences.
OOC:
Was anything new learned? If so I missed it.

I think I was playing it less ambiguous than the module implies at time but what you really did learn is definitively the fires aren't some Bandit issue/ruse, there was some implications that it could be and some people like to think that, now you have first hand experience that it isn't. While I wasn't playing into that ambiguity as much as I could have, this makes it so their is less question on the "big threat"

I will do my best to convince her...despite the magic I don't think she means to harm anyone. Thank you for helping prove her not a bad person.

Kenna then walks to the cottage and you can see her speaking with Susan while you are on your way out toward Alderheart.
OOC:
any short rests or anything for this day of travel? there is plenty enough light in the day as it is only mid-day to this point

Let be on our way to Alderheart with haste then.
OOC:
I'm good to go and can heal if someone is in need

Before we go I wanted to ask, if Sherry has seen anything useful inside the hut. Healing potions? Antitoxin? Maybe an acid vial?

Can we barter/buy something from Susan? Does she maybe reward us, because we helped her to save her from the summoned demons?

OOC:

I will be 100% honest last time I ran this module they went murder hobo so her "rewards" were forgotten this time.
Upon leaving Susan offers 2 potions of healing, and tells you that if you are ever in the area she can make you something if you bring her ingredients.

As it should be... :D
OOC:
Yeah! Potions! Who do we give the potions to? *raises a paw for Sherry*

Charun suggest others cary the potions as he can heal through divine grace if needed.

OOC:
Will move us forward but please feel free to talk more about who carries those potions
As the party keeps going along the road to Alderheart they find that the roads are empty and travel goes fast. The road to Alderheart takes a few days but they go fast and without incident. At about half way you run into Eliza, pushing her cart.

OOC:
Leif could use a potion, but not required if someone else wants it.

Is Eliza heading the same way, or going in the opposite direction?

OOC:
Same way. She has been on the way to Alderheart from when you met her, she just got a head start with your slow down with Susan and such

"Hey hey!" Leif greeted Eliza, pleasantly surprised to see her on the road. "Business been good?" He chatted her up and relaxed, with the roads having been clear and having no trouble.

After all the side missions, Leif was looking forward to getting to Alderheart, and it was nice to have a few days without encounters.
OOC:
I'm ready to see this Alderan place.

Charun is also excited to return to the capitol. Though he spent little time there he has a few family members, distant cousins, and might have an old comrade or two though he us uncertain how he will be received.

Business was good indeed and glad you made your way to me...can never be too careful
OOC:
Do I remember correctly (I can't find the post), that you gave her the letter to start delivering to Alderheart? wont mention in this post but just being sure
Eliza from that points sticks to you guys while traveling talking about her shop in Alderheart.

As you travel you can see as the land before you opens up into a wide valley of woods, in the center of which you can see Alderheart.

A gigantic tree with a canopy over a mile long, scaffolding-like walk ways and supernaturally shaped buildings are visible near the trunk. For some of you this is/was home, for others this could be your first visit.

I seem to recall giving her the note as well.
Ah, Alderheart, home sweet home. Time to go see a musical or two, rub shoulders with the stars, and see if he could secure a bit part in a play!

Being a little bit more quiet than usual, Sherry thinks about her parents. Only two years ago they parted while screaming at one another. She, the one who couldn't take the oppression from the birdfolk any more, her parents voicing how good their live together was. Well, ... looking back both sides had made mistakes and so on. The wood still needs saving. And birdfolk are still snotty brats most of the time. But! And that's a huge BUT! - now their quarrels seem distance and unnecessary. Maybe this would be a splendid time to return home and look after her old folks. Her dad would be too proud not to show his new stuff to his sole daughter. And Sherry's mom? She could never hold a grudge after a heartfelt hug.

Finding her smile again, the mapach girl strides eagerly to the front of the group, making haste to deliver this darned letter.

Excited charun debates but a moment but decides it is best not to hand the messages off to the first perchguard spotted and tries to think of a good candidate . . . Someone high up the chain of command, policaical preffereably but also possibly in the guard but with a good reputation with the common folk . . .
