Hello all,
I have been playing TTRPGs for a little over a decade. Mostly DnD 5e but have been playing Pathfinder 2e for the last year. I also recently started my first foray onto the other side of the table playing as the GM of a small group running ICRPG.
I am VERY new to PbP having just learned of its existence yesterday. I am enamored by the idea of "really" role-playing my characters, but don't find improvisational acting to be a natural activity for myself or those I often play with. I think PbP will serve as a much more comfortable format for me to explore this side of the hobby and immerse myself in the worlds we create.
I'm actively browsing recruitment threads and peeking in on some of the active games to see how the magic happens. It seems we have a quite active community here, but if you are reading this and think there is room for a new comer amongst your party please do reach out. I look forward to meeting you all and rolling some (virtual) dice!
