This idea's been spinning in my mind for a long time as a GM, and I feel it's very fitting for pbp: the minimum amount of players that's still a team, 2.
Two beat cops in a patrol car, doing their job, for better or worse.
The setting is a world of darkness, but not The World of Darkness. I suppose a lot of you know it inside out, so basically there's no mystery for the players, nothing weird or unexpected. We portray the PCs as being surprised or perplexed, but we aren't. Well, in this game you'll all be Jon Snows: you know nothing. Even if the characters encounter something that seems familiar, you actually don't know.
You think the charming chalk-white guy who only comes out after sunset is a vampire? You know nothing.
You think the creature that drinks people's blood to extend its life indefinitely is afraid of mirrors? You know nothing.
You think the woman who never leaves her apartment, and yet regularly shops in the market, wearing pentagram amulets, is a witch? You know nothing.
You really know nothing, because whatever you see, meet, capture on phone, or hear in gossip, comes not from the books, but from my twisted imagination. Fasten your mental seatbelts, you'll need them.
Are there two players interested in this?
