Hello hello, I'm Snomin! I'm (mildly) experienced with ttrpgs, having ~6 or 7 years worth of pen and paper experience. I've primarily been a player, though I've GMed a few one shots here and there and am currently part of a two-GM duo running a 5e game for my irl group. I'm here kind of on a whim, but I caught a video in my recommendations on YouTube and thought this sounded super cool. I'm always itching for more ttrpg time (thankful as I am to have a group that is able to meet and play live almost every month) and PbP seems like a great way to get that.
I've only really played games using D&D 5th edition. I've dipped my toes a bit into a couple of other systems, those being Starfinder and the beta for the Cosmere RPG. (I'm a BIG Brandon Sanderson fan... I am very excited for SL5 and the RPG's full release next year.) I'm interested in trying out other new systems, too, and this seems as good an opportunity as any to do so. I'm generally more into classic fantasy settings than anything, and I'll likely start off by looking for some kind of 5e game to jump into and start trying this PbP thing out.
I'm into video games as well, and though I mainly play RPGs (BG3, DOS2, Xenoblade and Persona are some of my favorites) and MMOs (mostly FFXIV), I love a variety of games and am a fan of trying anything that strikes my fancy. I've also been really into reading the past several years, some favorites being the Sun Eater series by Christopher Ruocchio, the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams, and the entirety of the Cosmere from Brandon Sanderson.
Anyways, I'm eager to get started, so hopefully you'll be seeing me in a game sometime soon!
