All come together

Meridia brightens up a little, as a topic of familiarity has come up, Well I don't know the specifics, Night Elves have never been to open to our kind meddling, but I have been an acolyte of the sunwell and as such am familiar with how that was formed. Only the process used there required a vial from the well of eternity, which we have no chance of getting. You know the functions of the wells is sbsolutely fascinating! Arcane power wrapped and controlled by holy magics, Moonworship in this case.

"Precisely. The moonwells are actually not entirely divine in nature, but that's all that I could learn. The Kaldorei guard their secrets well." Thalnazz holds the holy relic up between the two elves. "Perhaps a fusion of our own holy and arcane magical energy is the key? As far as I am aware, there is no spell for this sort of thing. But... many great magical feats have been accomplished in Azeroth's history that didn't have a traditional spell to cast." The priest's eye light up in amusement and half-smiles.
Thalnazz catches sight of Gazam's random wonderings and peoples' reactions, and calls out - clearly worried, "Oh Gazam! I think it would be best if we stayed together!" The orc doesn't seem to notice, so Thalnazz rushes over to him, speaking in hushed tones. "Gazam, I understand your desire for vengeance. We will help you. Perhaps it would be best if we searched in a more organized manner." Thalnazz gave the orc a friendly smile. "What do you say? Lead the way?"
Jul 13, 2017 2:03 pm
"Aye, yer direction would be mos' kind." Dormir stays behind Gazam, mostly to keep watch of the reactions and attention the large orc is drawing, but also to regain composure after the blow to his pride that Jaina Proudmoore had struck.

Gazam looks suspiciously at Thalnazz, but agrees. "I see you are discussing wells. Step 1, dig hole. Step 2, get bucket."
Jul 14, 2017 10:15 am
Thankful for the tension break, Thalnazz chuckles lightly. "It's ... not that kind of a well, but thank you."
Jul 14, 2017 10:24 am
Meridia bursts out in laughter. Not that kind of well at all, we want to make something similar to a fel pool but more sustainable and using arcane and holy power so that it can be used for healing.
Jul 14, 2017 12:49 pm
"Might ye tell me what yer intendin' t' heal?"
Jul 14, 2017 4:13 pm
Thalnazz gives Meridia a curious look when she uses the fel pool analogy, but before he can say anything, he pauses at Dormir's question, looking to Meridia "Uh ... well that is to say... " His eyes silently plead Meridia to jump in.

Meridia seems reluctant but offers the partial explanation I...I am unwell, in a way that neither a master alchemist nor priest seemed able to heal. We figure that making use of a relic we might be able to cleanse the illness from me.

Mul'Zeb, previously loitering about looking at the various decorations and objects in the room around him, moves closer to the group as he hears Thalnazz's reassurance to Gazam. His ears perk when he and Meridia mention the well, and again at the confession of her illness. He moves closer to Meridia and slowly reaches a hand out and places it on her shoulder. "Aye? And what be da nature of ya... illness, dat no potion maker or cleric can be healin' ya?" His eyes show curiosity, but also concern for the elf. "And what ya two be plannin' on how to make da well? It be seemin' dat we got two able builders," and he points to Allyk and Wemble, "muscles," he motions to Gazam, Dormir, and himself, " and da two of ya seem to be havin' some kind of plan, eh? Ya mention da holy and arcane arts, and more dan a few of us be havin' some specialties in dose areas."
Jul 18, 2017 5:57 am
Meridia seems incredibly reluctant, after a brief moment of internal conflict sighs and rolls up here sleeve revealing a large patch of blighted grey flesh, similar to Allyk's skin tone. It seems that I've been corrupted by necrotic energies. This mess has stemmed from just a small nick. We think this is caused by necrotic energies that I was exposed to when Arthur corrected the sunwell. I'm not sure how we would build the well, not without resources that are impossible for us to get...
Jul 18, 2017 1:59 pm
Thalnazz touches a hand to Meridia's shoulder. "The Moonwells are built with mundane materials. Simple wood and stone. What matters is the enchantment."
Jul 19, 2017 2:33 am
Gazam eyes the corruption with obvious alarm. "Looks like curse. Or pestilence. Or pestilence curse. Sure you not make pact with the Fel?"
Jul 21, 2017 1:52 am
"Might we also consider the location o' th' well?" Dormir glances around at the others momentarily. "Will it be some sort o' public well, or might ye prefer t' keep it private?"
Jul 22, 2017 7:12 am
Meridia scowls at the orc in response and replies to the dwarf, We should probably conceal it, if the Kaldorei, the night elves that is, figured out what we've done it could set back relations among our kin. Do we want to study a moon well, active or otherwise, or should we just try to figure it out ourselves? She looks quizzically at Thalnazz.
Jul 22, 2017 12:24 pm
Thalnazz is in deep thought for a moment before offering a suggestion. "If the purpose of the well is for you alone, then perhaps it can be small enough to be portable? Moreover, I have already studied the moonwells. I don't think we can get much more information about the moonwells." The priest seems to be making a list in his head before voicing his thoughts. "Water is essential, so the structure must be a container of some sort. The rest ... is magical. A blessing."
Jul 23, 2017 9:04 pm
"Hidden pool, natural place. Like Skull Rock. My people used such places, to harvest the Fel." Gazam's eyes narrow in anger, anger directed at his memories.
Jul 25, 2017 6:56 am
How much water are we talking here? I've never seen something small enough to be portable, do you think we could get away with a large chalice?
Jul 25, 2017 12:07 pm
Thalnazz considers the suggestion for a moment, intrigued. "That ... might work. What I'm concerned with is the permanency of the enchantment. Merely combining our magic, I am not entirely convinced the well will hold." The elf pulls the holy symbol out from a pocket. The relic still has a faint golden glow. "Which is why I believe we need this."
Jul 25, 2017 12:26 pm
Meridia considers the specifications of the cup, muttering under her breath It will need to be wise and deep, gold to allow power to flow, rubies to for storage... When Thalnazz takes out the relic her brow furrows, Though I agree that the extra holy energy will increase the stability of the enchantment, I am somewhat concerned, the wells are primarily arcane power coated and manipulated by holy magics. We may need more mana... Perhaps we do require something of the Lady Proudmoore...
