Drake's shot strikes wide of the hull of the submersible, his aim hitting a power conduit. Sparks fly from the wall and the lights flicker.

Poor light: all ranged attacks suffer a +1 Difficulty until the power conduit is repaired.

Luna makes a dash towards the sub trying to prevent it from taking off. She almost grabs a metal rod on the way but loses her grip on it in the sprint.
Desperate she tries to block the hatch with her foot.

Luna gets her foot in the door, keeping the submersible hatch open. There's a ferengi there with a disruptor who looks upset by her actions.


The Ferengi pilot attempts to open the bay doors. While protected by a force field, the sub could still escape.

Cole watched, face scrunching in concern as Luna, finding nothing of use on hand, attempted to bar the door with her foot. Quickly turning to Jayce, Cole ordered the counselor to assist Chief Orda in negotiating with the approaching culprits while simultaneously snapping to get Drake's attention and pointing towards their blue-haired pilot, signaling the ensign to join him in assisting. Making a quick survey of his surroundings he looked for something he could wedge into the opening in place of Luna's foot and found a small container of comparable size and made a dash for the hatch and his pilot.

Cole finds a long synthsyeel rod and runs to the sub, shoving the bar into the hatch.

The Ferengi in the hallway runs in and sees the flashing lights along with the hoo-mans engaged in some kind of assault on the submersible. He dives for the control console for the vehicle bay.

Aurin-Ah is last then it's a new round.

Flat on the floor, Aurin reached into the pocket of his uniform, gripping the tiny phaser in one clawed hand. On his way to the vehicle bay's control panel, he saw the other Ferengi make for it, and moved to intercept. He held up the weapon, hoping he projected some confidence, despite being well out of practice.

"Hold there."

There's a bit of stalemate going on: a stand off at the door to the sub, Drake covering the angles, and Aurin-Ah taking control of the controls to the vehicle bay.

I'm going to spend the remaining Threat to up the stakes. You have a chance to take this in hand, but together you'll need to accumulate 7 successes on your actions.

Choose your course of action, describe what you want to accomplish to tip the scales, and make the roll. There's no Momentum left, but you can give me a Threat for an extra die. I'll use any such Threat at the end to make things interesting.

Growing up on a frontier world, Cole was no stranger to physical exertion having found a lengthy synthsteel rod with which to bar the hatch and even more satisfying, to provide ample leverage with which to force the hatch open. His immediate concern was for his young, and somewhat brash, pilot who with her foot stuck in the door faced any manner of unknown threats from inside. The doctor looked around for some piece of equipment or cross beam that she could shoot down and either damage the sub or block progress of the fleeing Ferengi not yet on the sub. Spotting a heavy communication array above the docking area, she let loose a shot, praying her calculations for its fall to the subs "windshield" were accurate

With his phaser set to stun, wanting to capture rather than kill the Ferengi Scientist, he draws a bead and fires.

Her foot is stuck but her hands are still free. Luna fires her phaser through the gap in the hatch down the sub. Better shoot first, she reasons. Her phaser is set to its default stun mode.

"Hold it!" He tried to look threatening. His wings flared and he narrowed his brows, knowing most humanoids found the squint to be intimidating. All of his concentration was in holding the tiny, tiny phaser steady, trying not to shake as he struggled to his feet.

"There's a Nebula-class federation starship in orbit, waiting to intercept you. Security is on its way. Just...! Just... stand down." He cautiously approached the Ferengi at the control console, hoping to convince him to give it up - or at least hesitate to let his allies take the situation more decisively into hand.
