OOC:
Do either Maenor or Coda plan on entering the zombie room? Will Kalis or Daniel open the door?
May 3, 2017 11:35 pm
OOC:
Not me. This is way easier.
May 4, 2017 12:06 am
Coda loads up another shot and flings it at the crowd of zombies.
OOC:
Same as Maenor.

Rolls

Attack/Damage - (1d20+6, 1d4+4)

1d20+6 : (20) + 6 = 26

1d4+4 : (4) + 4 = 8

Coda and Maenor make quick work of the zombies from a safe distance. Soon a pile of rotted bodies lie piled up in the doorway, effectively blocking access.
OOC:
What would you all like to do now?

Now that the sounds of battle have ended, Kalis will open the door and move into the room.
May 4, 2017 8:15 pm
Aside from the pile of bodies by the northern door, the room is empty. No furniture can be seen and the walls are bare.

There is a closed door on the western side of the room.
May 5, 2017 12:30 am
Coda clasps his hands together and smiles "Very nice work, friend." he spins on his heels and holds up an open palm to Maenor.
May 5, 2017 9:10 am
Maenor smiles, "Yes indeed, we make an excellent team! And as we are friends, there is no need to raise your hand to speak." His friendly tone makes it clear that he has no idea what Coda is actually doing.
May 5, 2017 9:45 am
"I...what? No, no, no don't tell me you've never done a high-five before." Coda pauses briefly as he looks over the tall elf then over himself "Well, I guess it'd be a low-five with me. Okay, so there is a lot of variations but since you are new to this we'll start off simple; now you just hit your palm against mine, cheering optional."
May 6, 2017 11:05 am
Both of Maenor's eyebrows raise as he remarks, "Facinating!" He raises a hand and smacks his palm against Coda's while cheerily shouting, "OPTIONAL!".

He smiles eagerly and asks, "Did I perform the ritual correctly? Am I now also a 'high five'?"
May 8, 2017 3:56 am
Coda's jaw hangs wide open before shifting into a wide smile "You performed it beyond correctly! I'd say that was one of the best high-fives I've witnessed, by far! Come now, we should regroup with the others. I heard Daniel's a pretty good high-fiver, you should test out your new found skill with him."
May 8, 2017 11:44 am
Daniel is checking the bodies.
May 8, 2017 4:34 pm
The zombies have nothing save tattered clothing and rotting flesh, pieces of both coming off in Daniel's hands.
May 8, 2017 9:30 pm
Kalis moves over to the door that the zombies seemed to be guarding and looks it over to see if there's anything notable about it.

Rolls

Perception - (1d20+4)

(11) + 4 = 15

May 8, 2017 10:39 pm
The door is plain, and does not appear to be stuck nor locked. Kalis does not notice anything odd about the door, nor does he find anything that might indicate a trap or other trigger mechanism in the area.

Opening the door reveals a small storage room. There are a number of hooked blades and bent knives on a shelf, along with empty clay urns of various sizes. Kalis believes the tools were used to prepare bodies for whatever ceremonies and rites were performed after a person's death.

There are two other doors in the skeleton room. The door on the south wall appears to be locked, but the one on the east wall is not.
May 10, 2017 11:59 pm
Maenor eagerly seeks out Daniel to practice his new skill, but changes his mind when he sees the state of his companion's hands.
OOC:
My vote is unlocked door next!
May 11, 2017 2:02 am
Coda follows behind Maenor, a large grin on his face at the thought of Maenor trying to high-five a blind man; it fades slightly as it doesn't play out.
OOC:
I vote for the unlocked door, as well.

Opening the unlocked door reveals a long hallway of bare stone; not even a sconce can be found. From your vantage point by the door, the hall extends beyond the 60 feet of vision that the party can see, and there is a branching corridor a little over halfway down.
