XOSkel10's and my posts got crossed. Looks like we've got at least three ways to understand Neph's speech: Pyrrah, Ameera's telepathy, and Seraph.

Taking the family on a road trip of sorts today. Got my laptop, so I'll post tonight!

Also, this is post 1401 for this campaign. We've done a lot of great RP since last Fall.

It's been a fun experience on my end! I think now is a good time to check in on everyone again: I've got a number of things planned for the game, but how are things currently? What sorts of things have you liked, what have you not liked? What do you want to explore more? Et cetera.

Let me know how I can improve!

Combat is fine and all, but I really enjoy situations that call for players to have to find alternatives to being a murder hobo. Negotiations, puzzle solving, and that kind of thing are what I really enjoy. Maybe that's just me though. Also, sorry for not posting recently. Midterms just got over, so I'm finally on break. Should be more active now

I'll try to provide more of these situations!

I second this, a few of my favorite campaigns that I've played involved a lot of fractions and political intrigue.

But, as someone who's mostly played 3.5/Pathfinder, I definitely won't be upset to have combat thrown at me, if done with atleast some sort of purpose.

I like the way you've done things so far, you've found a nice balance of exploration, roleplay with NPCs, and fighting/physical challenges.

Well, I've got a lot in the works already, so it was never going to just be more of the same. :) But I'll keep all this in mind and build upon it!

As far as the family emergency, I wish I could go into detail here, but it's personal to someone else. Didn't quite go so great, but things will be fine in the end. Thanks for the concern and well wishing!

I'm personally good to go, following Neph. I'm checking in, though, as it's been a few days.

And I like a lot of what's happening! It's fun, getting some combat (which ends up being more difficult, but more enjoyable in this format), a good amount of story, some great opportunities for rp, and the occasional puzzle or hard choice. I just want it to keep going and to see what's next!

Gonna get a post up tonight guys (or in the morning, rather)! It's been crazy, but I'll post something before I sleep :)

Well.. things didn't work out as planned. I was taken swiftly by the sleep monster. Things should be back to normal now, though. :P

Another hectic weekend at work + I'm coming down with something. Probably won't be hearing from me til Sunday.

Sorry for the absence. School got super crazy again, and when I wasn't working I was desperately trying to get some sleep. I didn't just disappear!

No worries :) I've been far too busy myself.

This weekend's lack of significant activity was kind to me. I DMed all three of my groups in one weekend. It was like a planetary alignment (each group meets at slightly different intervals) and like a planetary alignment, chaos ensued. Loads of fun though.
