I've submitted my character (I went with Damsel). She is based on Pitfall and La Mulana (I really like the art from the latter so that's what pushed me toward going with damsel).

Spoiler: the Fembots won’t be hostile.

Also, it’s fine if your character already has the hat and the whip, and anything else that makes her even more obviously different than the fembots.

Until I started searching for Felicia gifs, I had actually forgotten she had a button-mashing special move. So she’s the perfect teacher for Button Nash.

Katt may not be the best to teach Extra Joy, since she’s from a turn-based RPG.

Katt was my second choice. Button Mash just sounded too good a match with Casey's whip.

Who was the hat catgirl? I didn't recognize her.

She’s from one of the Monster Hunter games. I’m not familiar with the character, but I remembered MH always had cat people.

My lunch break just ended, so I can’t post for the next 2 hours.

An interesting technicality with Defender.

If the first player to roll it MISSes, a second player can roll Defender at no risk.

Right now: 2 of you get hit by the attack (unless you succeed at defending yourself).

If Casey also uses Defender:
• On a 💢MISS, the attack misses another player. (Only one is hit, or forced to defend herself.)
• On a 💥HIT, the attack only hits one player. (Same result as two misses, but I choose who takes the hit.)
• On a 💥💥COMBO, nobody gets hurt.


I would also allow players to benefit without risk from two Defender rolls if the first player rolls a hit. (A miss would allow the player to spare whoever the GM chose to take the hit, and rolling a hit would still mean only one person is hit.)

Well, to be honest, I was going to have the Golden Boys be pushovers and have Super Chad and The Chadsters challenge you. (Like how Akuma shows up in M. Bison’s stage in Super Street Fighter II.)

But with the PC shuffle, it made more sense to just have a straight fight and move us to Stage 3.

I think we were rolling (flipping?) pretty well too. But I am having fun either way!

The Bombshells had amazing luck with Defense. This is the second battle with the team being unscathed!

I should warn you that as we progress, enemies will use attacks that force you to defend in a specific way. (🕹️-only or ㊙️-only)

If you find that to be a problem, Emoticat has a solution! Somehow I get this funny feeling you’ll all stumble onto a fistful of Yen or three…

Ah yes, 5 -year-old Brainiac remembers this game all too well. It was certified Nintendo Hard so I never was able to complete any of the levels, but the Thunder and Space Mountain ones were pretty cool.

Oh wow… it’s for the best I didn’t own this one. Mike Tyson kicked my ass enough.

True. He does have one hand behind his back, and he’s standing at the right angle for his head to obscure a large cartoon mallet.

Alright… before I post (which might not happen for a few hours), just a quick reminder: being in a video game world, sometimes you very illogically can’t do something that you *should* be able to do.
