Hey everyone!
So I'm new to play by post, but I've been playing D&D since 4th edition. Ive been part of a few larger groups and some short campaigns, mostly all with a tight group of friends. So this would be my first online with new people I've done! Ive also played some Rifts, and some Pokemon tabletop. I think I prefer the Dungeons and Dragons 4&5e systems, but would be happy to learn some others!
I live in Alberta Canada, so I am on MST time, and I tend to respond kinda randomly to online messages through the day. I'm also a dad, and a lead game dev on a small team, so that's why things tend to be sporadic. So I thought some play-by-post would be the perfect way to play some games with people!
I tend to be a Roleplayer and instigator. I like to make characters that the DM could use to make things interesting. One example is a werewolf fighter that had his curse hidden from the party for a time (it was revealed at one of the worst times, but we still talk about it to this day!). Another is a vampire that had an issue with not cleaning up his gouls after over-enthusiastic feeding. I like to play strange and interesting characters. I've only played male characters, but would love the chance to play a few female character ideas I have!
Like I said before, I haven't played any PBP before, so I may not be familiar with all the rules, so please be patient!
