From the vulture tile, she steps to the serpent tile, then (if nothing happens and no indicators at the viewing tube) to the door tile and up.
No rope in her backpack though. Cosmetics, perfume, incense, a crowbar, but no rope.

I've marked Tinkara as flying, but ceiling is just 8 foot high, so it will mechanically affect nothing
