OSR Interest Check

Thanks cowley but I think I will stay with others unfamiliar and learning as I am. Plus Dark Sun sounds very deadly and fun.

No worries, I'll probably be applying to that one, too!

I'm planning on running a Cairn 2e game version of the popular "Black Wyrm of Brandonsford" adventure, since I am running it in person as well. I may try to advertise it on the Cairn discord to draw people here if there aren't enough new players interested.

I'm sure plenty of us are interested!

That's in the running for what I end up going with as well. ;)

(No surprise as it's one of my favorite modules and one of my players knows Winter's Daughter...)

I'm sorry but I neither have access to these or heard of them.

By ‘public,’ I mean that the game is visible / viewable by anyone browsing to it. So folks can check it out / follow along / etc.

If you scroll to the top of this thread you’ll see that I put out a call for new players to the OSR, an old schoolish approach to game. It took a couple-three weeks, but we’re off and rolling.

My turn to offer an OSR game. I've long wanted to experience a game where the characters are primarily on horseback. Whether members of a nomadic band, a unit of some force, or some other explanation, horses will feature prominently.

As such, I'll work on a pitch to go up this weekend for a rousing adventure using:

There are a couple others who indicated interest but are showing as Zzz: Snomin, keter, shameraider and another person with a bear avatar but I can't recall who that is.

With much regret, I'll have to pass this time, Qralloq. Appreciate the invite, but I'm not keeping up with in my existing games, and I want to stabilize that before taking on anything new. I'm sure it will be a blast for everyone involved!
