@Degwen, Sorry, I was sure I wrote down the different omen options somewhere here, but I can't find it. So I must be mistaken.

I've added them to the rules thread now. You can use an omen to lower the DR of a check by 4. So if you're 4 or less off, it becomes a success.

Last time I did this adventure nobody saved Elma. Nice to see a different outcome here :D

It occurred to me, too, that I spent my Omen to save an NPC that just tried to extort us. Which is... not very Mork Borg of me! Oh well...

You can choose between continuing the story as Elma or barkeep Turo. For Elma roll a "Fanged Deserter" class, for Turo roll a "Wretched Royalty".
If you don't like either of those, we can discuss other options.

Poor Keftar. It was always risky for him with 1 HP though. Hopefully someone can use his dagger at least.

If you do not have grand plans for Elma, I think she will be interesting to play.

Both the NPCs are in the story mostly as back-up characters in case of death ;) But I tried to not make that obvious. Hehe.

Yes, you are welcome to buy anything from the equipment list with leftover money that you think is plausible for her to have. I have specifically left the descriptions a little vague to allow for them to change slightly without much issue. But she's not suddenly going to have a cart. ;)
I suppose one of the benefits of dying is that you get to prepare for the situation you're in right now.

Appreciate the image, submitted Elma's character sheet! I went ahead and spent some of the silver on a lantern and lamp oil to fit what she had in story.

That's a big HP difference compared to Keftar! :D
