Episode 1: A Helping Hand

Jandral's Fire Bolt slams into the fishman's head, briefly stunning it long enough for Parallel to slip in and deliver a fatal stab to the chest. As the creature falls to the deck, Tordek leaps over the body to smash the second fishman in the side.

Golwen's blast would have been dead-on, had not Tordek smacked the fish-creature aside. The fiery bolt sails between them and into the storm.

Parallel's dagger follows Tordek's advance and jabs a gash into the fish-creature's thigh.

The fish-man roars as one of Rhodrick's rapiers stab deep into its chest, nearly running it through. It swings its spear to give itself some room against the onslaught, and disengages from the party's reinforcement of the sailors. The fish-man runs for the rail, jumping off into the water as it flees.

Haesh, looking away from the bow, is the first to notice a shape rising up on the aft weatherdeck. Another fish-creature stands after climbing up the aft hull, similar in appearance to the others, but much larger and wearing what looks like a chest plate made of carapace. It looms above Captain Yokgrumli and the helmsman, who are on the mid-deck immediately below and have just looked up.
