Shalelu fires an arrow at the goblin, though it hits the warchief’s mystical powered protection and breaks before connecting with flesh.
Then Khel burns the warchief badly, its skin blisters but it is still standing.
The warchief stumbles, but slashes out first at Wess, then at Grimwulf, but with blood in his eyes he only misses. He makes a hissing sound, clearly at his last leg, but unwilling to surrender.
He lets loose with one last flurry of attacks and first misses Khel before sticking his sword into Grimwulf.
1 wound to Grimwulf which you can soak and you are certain to finish him this round. You are all up.

A few deep breaths later, the halfing lets out a half smile, "Good job team, ready to move on?"
Opening the door reveals a small armory of crudely made weapons, mostly dogslicers and shortbows, and several goblin-sized suits of studded leather armor and dented shields. To the south stand a pair of workbenches.
In all, there are 23 dogslicers, 11 shortbows, 80 arrows, 11 suits of studded leather, six wooden shields, and two coiled whips. One of the dogslicers are masterwork.
Looking further you find the door to the north leads to the warchief's private quarters. Several rugs made from dog or horse hide lie strewn over the dirt floor of this room. Against the north wall is an impressive collection of horseshoes (122 horseshoes in total), each nailed to the wall. To the east sits a ragged padded chair next to a rickety desk that may have once been an expensive antique.
In the northwest corner is a canopied bed covered with silk sheets and sporting an elaborately carved headboard that features nymphs and satyrs cavorting in a forest. The bed’s sheets are stained with dirt, while the headboard is bashed and battered.

Grimwulf finds a small key lodged into the underside of a chair leg.
"The horse can stay there for now, not much we can do with it. As for the boarded room, I've got the key right here." hefting up his maul.
