Butch turns his visor helmet towards his pistol, a smirk of disappointment visible on the lower part of his face that's not covered by the helm. "I am now authorized to use my Phang Blade" he remarks, before taking a stab at the Frankenstein's monster.
"Callan! Set the blob on fire!" he shouts at the group's blaster, whipping his blade to point at Tymun's general direction, in hopes of the putty being extremely vulnerable to fire.

Gabriel vaguely hears some commotion behind him, something about beards and sludge and grappling hooks. But he's in his own little world, fully focused on only one thing.
Watching the Xcrawls back home, he'd always fantasized about slaying a dragon on live TV. But guess that's for when you get to the big leagues. In the meantime, this giant lizard would do nicely as a substitute.
With a giant leap towards the scaly head, Gabe grins widely. Forget the spider-dudes, this is where he can get a proper trophy.

Callan nods at Butch's suggestion. Luckily Sassafras pulls Tymun out of the killy putty's sticky grasp leaving the enemy wide open. "Let's kill it with fire!" Callan waves his hand in a dramatically athletic fashion and blue light speckled with black dots manifests around his hands. The energy changes into flames and leaps out in a fireball that impacts the killy putty. The fire seems super effective! Half of the killy putty's body is burned away. A toxic smell wafts from its charred body that makes your eyes water.

Sorry about that.Now, seeing Tymun get engulfed, Bole switches to his Phang Blades staff. As Sassafras pulls our teammate out of the slime, Bole touches him (healing via doll power) and whacks the blob. "It's time to clean up your act!"

"It seems the Houston Hexcrawlers have hit their stride! Tymun has been pulled free from the suffocating clutches of the Killy Putty, only losing some of his beard in the process, thanks to the quick thinking of Sassafras. Talk about teamwork! It seems Callan has discovered the putty's weakness to fire as well and it took quite a singe! Bole is on fire--though not literally thankfully!--as he gets in hits against both the putty and the demonasaur as well as lending a healing hand to Tymun. Butch has quickly adapted to his jammed gun by switching to his sponsored Phang blade and took a nice slice out of the reanimated monster toy. Vi Vi attempted to goad the enemies to attack her but they seem unfazed! And Gabe has outshined everyone this round with a devastating flurry of attacks! He even knocked out one of the demonasaur's teeth! I don't envy him if that creature gets a bite on him soon! Or it's flame breath which it has just unleashed upon Gabe! The Killy Putty seems like its trying to attack but the burns have really hampered it! Frankenstain goes in for a choke on Bole but is easily dodged!"

Gabe needs to make a DC 15 Reflex save. Take 12 damage on a fail, 6 damage on a success. The putty fumbled and will have reduced attack next round. I think you guys might win without any dropping! PCs are up!Rolls

Having switched targets from the Demonsaur to the Killy Putty, Sassafras thinks up a very cool move. She steps on the rope she used to pull her grappling hook and begins to run along it like a tightrope but on the ground. She figures that it will hold that pseudopod in place so she can lop it off with her Phang Blade and then mug for the cameras. She waves them in for a closeup as she goes.Sassafras instantly regrets calling media attention to her move. She focused too much on looking good than actually being lethal.

Tymun yalps as the chunk of beard is ripped off with the Killy Putty. He sees how much more effective Callan's fireballs are on the Putty and decides to turn his axe against the demonsaur, lashing out with an elastic slash.
