Bast listens to the commotion for a moment and then makes his way to the door. His hand moves toward his rifle, which still rests against the wall, but then he thinks better of it and exits the building without his gear.

The stormtroopers take a quick glance at Bast when he exits the building but don't even break stride as they continue marching the binded man forward. You can hear several people in the crowd talking in hushed tones back and forth about the Falu Four and how another member has already been taken to the center of town.

Bast approaches the nearest protesting civilian and asks, "What's going on here?"

Bast gets a concerned look and stares at the man being dragged away. Eventually he turns and begins walking back inside to the clinic. When he returns to the others inside, he grabs his rifle, slinging it over his shoulder and looking as though he's going to walk right back out into the street with it...

C6 picks up both of his pistols and moves to join Bast, for an expressionless automaton he looks awfully eager.

Ishala blocks their way. "Don't be stupid. We rescue him now, everyone will see. Our cover will be blown. We wait and spring him later...when the only witnesses are Imps."

Bast's lip tightens, as does his grip on his weapon. He keeps listening to the sounds of struggle and protest outside. "Rescuing him here is going to be a lot easier than breaking into an Imperial facility, and that's assuming we even get there in time for him," Bast says, "Odds are decent they know he's not one of us, and they're just making a show of it."

As Bast finishes C6 pipes up "Well based upon that logic they may be taking these people specifically to draw us out....attacking now may be exactly what they want." he pauses and processes things for a moment "Perhaps we should go to the center of town and see who else has been taken before doing anything?"

Bast looks concerned, thinking over the options silently for a few moments before he looks to Ishala and asks, "Do you have any masks in here? Face covers, anything?"
He looks back to C6-9K and adds, "I might be able to sneak to get a vantage on the center of town with my rifle, in case things are looking off. We can keep in touch through the comlinks." He speaks more as though he's offering a course of action, rather than already being decided.

Ishala pulls out a roll of gauze and expertly wraps Bast's head, carefully leaving his eyes, mouth and ears clear.

Bast gives the group a firm nod before he slips out the back of the clinic and tries to sneak his way toward the city center through whatever alleyways he can manage.

"I will take a look and see how things look from the ground....just another droid going about it's business" C6 stashes the heavy blaster pistol in their usual store place and throws the light one into a pack and then heads out of the door, trying to blend in with any of the townspeople heading towards the town center.

Quickly dipping into alleyways and ducking behind cover when he feels that it's appropriate Bast is easily able to close in on the center of town without drawing any attention to himself. With just one more block to go to get into position he notices that a ladder has been left leaning against the back of one of the buildings. Easy roof access, should he so choose.
C6-9K seamlessly integrates himself within the small crowd which is following (at a respectable distance, of course) the prisoner and the two stormtroopers. Catching parts of the surrounding conversations it's clear that some of the people are thrilled that the Falu Four are finally being brought to justice. Others, perhaps a small majority within the crowd, are disappointed that the one group resisting the Imperial presence has been caught.

Bast has the option of using the ladder to gain a roof access view of the city center (had to do something with all of those advantages). Xin and Ishala may have also integrated with the crowd along with C6-9K if they'd like.Mar 4, 2017 1:22 am
Ishala follows a few moments behind the droid, careful to keep her distance from him while joining in conversation with the crowd.

Bast takes the ladder option, climbing his way onto the roof and keeping as low as possible as he approaches the edge to overlook the city center. He pulls his rifle free, and gives it a quick check to make sure everything seems to be functioning. "Radio check. Can you hear me?" He says over his comlink to the others. As he nears the edge of the building, he gets down on his belly and crawls the rest of the way until the streets are in view.

Ok, not sure if this is too cheesy or not, I noted the commlink C6 has as being integrated as per the 'Droids and Equipment' call out on page 54 of the AoR core book....I'm assuming that means I could use it without speaking out loud being a droid but wanted to check if that was okMar 4, 2017 5:10 pm

I like it and it seems perfectly reasonable to me.Will give Moofs a day or two to see what she wants to have Xin do. If we don't hear anything we'll assume Xin is still in the clinic.
