The forest gnome chuckles then breaks his invisibility "You're an acquired taste, friend. I can't compare. There is a stream up ahead, I say we go that way." He spins around a few times, a bit confused.

If we make it to the pool undetected, Stormsong will investigated the pool with his lantern. How deep is it? Since water flows out, is it spring fed? Can he see the source? If he still can't see through, he'll cast Light on a stone and toss it into the water, using the cantrip a few times ion several stones if necessary.

You make it to the pool with no trouble and take to investigating the pool. You can't see the bottom with your lantern, but tossing some lit stones down there gives you a pretty good idea of how deep it is. You'd guess it's somewhere between 20 and 30 feet deep at most. There is a skeleton about 10 feet in and 10 feet down that appears to be holding something in its skeletal hand. In addition, the pool is fed by a stream that comes through a small opening in the northeast side of the pool

While Stormsong investigates the pool, Kama tip-toes with the subtlety of a lead-footed cat to the eastern stairs, peering up into the darkness.

Stormsong reaches the skeleton and manages to grab two platinum rings and a wand off of the body.

The rings look like just plain platinum. Valuable, but not magical.
The wand looks very similar to the wand that Stormsong currently uses. It could very well be another wand of Magic Missiles.

Gimblyn's eyes widen in thought, "Uhhh, I found other paths. I swear." He is distracted by the platinum in Stormsong's hand. "Are ya goin' share that, friend? Hehehe." The gnome turns with a commanding point to the east, "That way!?" Tumtwig seems unsure in his tone.
