Cmbrian says:
OOC:
he'll swing at Ragged Robert z5; I presume if he doesn't use a bonus to shift his Hunter's Mark that he can't save it for a later round and the spell ends. I'd rather hope for a bonus GWM swing on a kill or crit.
OOC:
I read it that you can use the bonus action anytime after a target drops later on, as long as you have maintained concentration.

"If the target drops to 0 hit points before this spell ends, you can use a bonus action on a subsequent turn of yours to mark a new creature"

OOC:
Jhishma slings his spell at a hostile one
Feb 20, 2017 3:37 pm
Jhishma fires his spell at one of the crispy zombies on his side of the road. (Z7 takes 2 damage)

The zombies continue to flee, three past Jhishma and Owen (an attack of opportunity are available if you have a melee weapon in hand) and the other one fleeing up the road back toward the capital.

The three burnt ones close over the bodies of their fallen comrades in undeath, and snarl and tear at you. One attacks Fritz, the other two can only reach Nar. Nar is slammed for 3 points of damage.

OOC:
ok -- so 'subsequent' doesn't have to mean immediately following, just after. He'll still hold onto HM then, since the bonus extra swing is more valuable at the moment.

Looks like Jhishma is in the perfect position to cough up his dragonbreath on these dead walkers! Clapping Grok on the shoulder, Nar says, "Fine strike, brother! Now to Jhishma!"

Nar wheels his horse around and gallops to Thing 1, the nearest zombie and brings the maul down in a wide arc.

In the same motion, Nar brings the maul back up across the jaw of Thing 2, but misses wide.
