Grok follows Nar, taking out Sharpie while scowling at the building.

Cyrind'ae would have bought a pouch of arrowheads and then went to see the cooper so he could do the fletching. Ass soon as she saw Jhishma return, she would have left, telling the cooper she would come back later in the day to pick up the arrows and would have paid him in advance before leaving.

Fritz frowns at what the girl says. Oh man, this is just sad. He hands her the doll. "What is your mother's name? Perhaps we know each other." He can see the others readying themselves around the house and will mouth to them "just one second."

OOC:
I guess this map is so we can come up with a plan of action...
Also, why do we know about the secret passages right away? XD

OOC:
from our extensive casing of the joint, and a visit to the county assessor's office, we drew the above maps. Looks like we do need to assault from the front and back. Should we assume we aren't aware of the secret underground escape in the cellar?
Nar and Grok will burst into the back and Jhishma will lead the frontal assault. "Agreed? We'll wait for Jhishma's horn. One long blast, right?"

OOC:
You know about the secret routes. The locals you have befriended, i.e., the tailor and blacksmith, know about them and pass it on.

OOC:
So how much did those arrows cost me? the same as in the rulebook?

OOC:
I'll follow Jhishma through the front if I'm able to get this kid away from the house.

Jhishma attempts to persuade the child to go play in the fields or climb a tree somewhere, "Go, child, enjoy the day while you can," then he gives one, long blast on his horn and enters the door.

Persuade child to leave - (1d20+5)

(16) + 5 = 21

Strength check to open door, if needed - (1d20+3)

(19) + 3 = 22

In that case, Cyrind'ae will accompany Nar in the back.
Apr 8, 2017 8:16 pm
Upon hearing Jhishma's horn, Nar bursts through the back door, maul in hand!
OOC:
to where does the cellar secret door lead? We should put someone on that exit.

So that leaves just Jhishma and Fritz in the front?
Apr 8, 2017 10:05 pm
Grok bursts in behind Nar yelling. "Bad people put hands up and not move! Or you get smash in face!"
OOC:
Grok's not the guy you want to watch an exit alone.. He's lightly to get fidgety, confused and/or hoodwinked. Cyrindae or the city watch perhaps? I mean, they were going to make sure no-one got away, weren't they?

As Jhishma, Nar and Grok burst into the house, you find the house full of people, camping out in each room. They appear to be talking quietly as others read.

They react violently to your forced intrusion and begin a wholesale panic. Weapons are drawn, spells incanted, and shouts of alarm.
