Jack watches for several hours, but is unable to make out any patterns in the shipping; there are just too many shipments! He doesn't notice any obvious cameras.
OOC:
Take a Strain from fatigue, and roll a Destiny die please.

While ISB uniforms aren't easy to come by, Doc is able to find someone willing to part with 3 of them...for 500 credits each. When Doc tries to negotiate the price, the Sullustan angrily replies, "I got a sick kid! I can't do no charity work. You pay, or you don't get them."

Avox watches the ships come and go, and is able to identify a number of ships typically used by the Empire for transport. They seem to have an area cordoned off for their use, which is patrolled by stormtroopers. There is an officer fussing with them today, straightening armor and berating them about something. From the head shakes and shrugs that occur behind his back, this is not typical behaviour.
OOC:
Roll that Destiny die for me, please.
Mar 9, 2017 5:52 pm
Doc bites back an angry response before smiling and putting on his best bedside manner "Look, I don't carry those kind of credits with me so I'll need to go and get them....if you're kid's ill I may be able to assist, I have a certain amount of medical expertise. Whats wrong with him?"

Savi approaches Eatiu, gift in hand, and lays on the charm.

Doc

The Sullustan shakes his jowls in frustration, "No one knows. Stupid medical droids. Only programed with human and Gamorean illnesses. But they're all I can afford." He stares at you a moment and then nods. "Come with me. If you can help, I'll give you the uniforms for free." As he walks off, he casts a sad glance over his shoulder, "He's all I have," before leading you through winding streets to an impoverished neighbourhood. In a tiny apartment with only three rooms, lies a tiny boy, wheezing with the effort of breathing.
OOC:
Roll Xenology to see what ails him, Average difficulty. If you can justify a boost, let me know.

Savi and Bo

Eaitu is very charmed with the gift, and gives a graceful nod to Bo, surmising that she was the one who picked out the gift. You are able to conclude your transaction successfully. She promises to have three IDs in two hours' time. As you make your goodbyes she calls out, looking at Bo, "Wait, what is your name, child? You seem so very familiar."
OOC:
Still need that Destiny die roll here from you two. For something different than the usual purpose.

OOC:

Doc

It is a little known fact that Sullustan children often have a sensitivity to tibanna gas. He will recover quickly if able to move to a higher level, or better yet, off planet.

Bo and Savi

Eaitu smiles sadly, "For far too long, child. But it wasn't back home that I saw someone who looked very much like you. It was years ago, on Nar Shaddaa. A young woman traveling with her 'uncle', or so they said. I'm sure the names they gave me weren't their own, and I wouldn't tell you if they were, but...those eyes. Same pattern, slightly different colour...like two halves of the same shell." She shakes her head, "But I ramble on. Go on about your business. I'll see you in two hours."
Mar 12, 2017 11:26 pm
Doc sits back after a few moments studying the child and turns to his father "Well there doesn't seem to be anything wrong that a bit of fresh air won't sort.... he proceeds to relay his diagnosis and advice to the father.

The man is extremely grateful, and gives you the uniforms. As you leave, you hear him promising his son they will pack up and leave tomorrow.

Avox

You are unable to get close enough to hear what the officer is saying; the sound echoes strangely in the cavernous space.
OOC:
How would you like to use your advantages?
Mar 14, 2017 1:45 am
Avox gets closer and closer in order to overhear, but without being totally noticeable himself. He leans against the wall after every little bit of movement to appear non-chalant.
OOC:
Gonna give myself a boost to this stealth check. Giving a setback due to my guy being large, likely somewhat easy to notice, and obviously armed.
OOC:
Cuss that is bad.

Bo returns in a few hours to speak with Eaitu and pick up the documents. She is curious if she is interested in more than just this transaction and worried she might know her family or something her family did that Bo might not even be aware of.
