OOC:
Damage is 10P 0ap...no roll for that right?
Mar 8, 2017 6:44 am
The bullets pierces the creature, going straight through and hitting the wall on the far side. Despite it's dilapidated state, this is the first sign of gun combat. With a pained whimper the oversized dog falls to the ground. Blood is still pouring out from it's wounds. It's left front paw makes a postmortem spasm before it stops moving at all.
OOC:
That's correct. I seemed to remember you rolled that as well. Sorry.

It rolled abysmal. Actually got a glitch as well (2, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 4, 1, 5, 1), so now it's down. You are free to explore the location.

Edit: I expanded a little as time permitted. I had to two minutes to post before work with the original post.

"Someone let the dogs out. It's down now. We seem to be clear here. Going to stay in Trixie here and cover Ghost and Buster while they search. Come on in. If you want to." Symbiote covers Buster once his message goes through.

"Haha! No, that's okay. I'm good in here."
Mar 9, 2017 5:08 am
Buster pats the drone. "Good boy."

"Alright, let's keep moving. Where are we headed next? Do we know where this data node is? Or whatever you call it."
Mar 9, 2017 10:24 am
Ghost says quietly, "Lab?" and points down the hallway.
Mar 9, 2017 1:54 pm
You make your way through the floor, making your way through the offices and laboratories. Most of the valuables are long gone or broken beyond repair. After a long search, you figure that whatever you are looking floor is on another floor. So the question is, up to the top floor or down to the basement?
Mar 9, 2017 2:04 pm
"Ok comedian, up or down. This floor is empty. Do you have any readings on this data node?
Mar 9, 2017 5:34 pm
"Let's hit the top floor. Is the elevator in working order? Any cameras up there, Digit?"
Mar 10, 2017 4:21 pm
Digit continues to search for any other wireless devices within range, and whether they are above or below her allies.

You find a few devices upstairs, but they all seem like broken and useless office computers that holds little of actual value. Strangely, you get no readings from the basement at all.
Mar 13, 2017 2:22 am
Digit comes back over the comms...

"Not to say it isn't worth checking out, but it seems like a bunch of broken garbage upstairs. Downstairs is... suspiciously quiet, though."
Mar 13, 2017 3:29 am
"Ah crap. I hate suspiciously quiet. Downstairs it is."
Mar 13, 2017 12:43 pm
With the elevators out of order, the only way seems to be through the stairs. And already here you get a bad feeling. On the top of the staircase you can see dried blood, hard to tell how long it has been here. From downstair you can see evidence of light, and hear the buzzing of what could be fans. Seems there's power down here.
Mar 13, 2017 6:32 pm
"Alright Ghost, let's do this. Watch my back." Rush slowly makes his way down the stairs, pistol ready.
OOC:
Making a sneaking roll to try to not draw attention from whatever is down there.

As you enter deeper into the basement, you lose contact with Digit. Anyone with the appropriate knowledge recognize the signs of wireless inhibiting paint.

As you approach the largest room in the basement, you see a dead dwarf in a lab coat lying in the open doorway, his head cocked at a decidedly unpleasant angle. Two human corpses lie just inside the doorway, one wearing an armor jacket with the Janus Industries logo.

The rest of this room jumps right out of the sci-fi horror trids at you. Twelve cloning tanks line the room, eleven containing identical dark-haired human females, all in suspended animation. The twelfth tank is open and some of its fluids are spilled across the floor. As you tear your eyes from the tanks, they land at one of the tables, upon which lies a scalpel, an open medkit, a commlink, and a small medical implant device, all covered in dried blood. Something bad happened here.
Mar 13, 2017 11:33 pm
Ghost follows behind Buster, but on seeing this room holds him back from entering. She takes a careful look around, then if nothing terrible happens, films the scene with her commlink.
