That's why I love PbP. You can put the thought into it to really tailor your character and play them well and true to their position without the constant hopping from actual gaming to table conversation at every minute.

Thanks for the supportive comments everyone! For the record, I wasn't worried about any one person's reaction, just my own thinking about how my decisions were playing out in game. Especially you HypCo, I've loved Ryyrik from the get-go and I know his gruff is all in character.

We also don't get extra attack yet, that comes at 5th level.

Yeah, I was thinking he was two-weapon fighting, but warhammers aren't light so he can't do that... shucks! Now I have to get a feat if I want to do that.

But here's a question: Baern's guardian form is Large. Does that mean that he would be able to use two non-light weapons at once while in that form without the Duel-Wielder feat?

Sorry CouchLord, no such rule concerning large creatures automatically getting the dual welder feat exists in 5e.

No they wouldn't get the duel-weilder feat, but wouldn't size affect how much they can wield? Isn't weapon weight limitations contingent on size?

The only thing about size and weapons in the rules is that small creatures have disadvantage when using a single heavy weapon.

CancerMan, would Billy know the name of your clan?

I have a vague recollection that we belong to the same clan, just that some of us have gone towards the outer edges in relative isolation. However, we never named the clan we came from, much less the king who sent us hunting. I honestly don't know if we ever agreed on anything regarding the clan, but it fits that we would all be kin since we were brought together for this mission.

Edit to add: I do think it's reasonable that some of us could belong to a different clan whose lord or lady is related to the clan that Ulfren belongs to, but that still sorta makes everyone kin through distant relations.
