Given that you are one of the most active members on GP, that is some seriously high praise!

At the end of the day, I just want to make sure the TPK is the players' faults, not mine ;)

Players: do you have any class feature, skill, item, or ability you've been wanting to use but have not had a chance to use it yet?

I'm a Champion Fighter, so... Nope :-)

Totem Barbarian has already made use of her totem and shield mastery, so she's all good.

I've only ever used my Superiority Dice for Precision attacks. Haven't attempted a ranged Trip nor a Menacing Attack yet. :-D

As a Thief, I'm always happy if/when I get to use Second-Story Work or Fast Hands.

Seems like a good place to step up the time frame. If you're okay with it, we'll accelerate to tonight's main entertainment - the battle between . Feel free to do a round of foraging / herbalism kitting, inspecting any sites or talking with whoever you wish. When your business is concluded, let us know by saying something to the affect of "/Character/ joins the rest of the tribe outside of the chief's hut for tonight's battle" and then we'll move forward.

You can also assume you won't need to use rations today. If your character wishes to be frugal about it, they can squeeze out an extra day's ration from the leftovers (and therefore can add that to your inventory).

Also, to get your creative juices flowing in advance, I wanted to mention that unless the party drastically changes course over the next several posts there will be a dream scene coming up where I will ask you to come up with a nightmare that would make your character wake up gasping in a cold sweat. Hope this will be a fun exercise!

With Rygnar unable to join the rest outside the chief's hut, I'm ready whenever.

Also, how to you want us to go about giving you this nightmare sequence? It's probably an easy guess but I have my idea for Rygnar's scene.

I know what Ygne's is, too! Excited for that.

So since I'm coming up on the end of my first semester of grad school, my ability to post (has been and) is going to be a little spotty. Should be better in a week or two, but I wanted to give you a heads up just in case!

A busy time, I'm sure! Thanks for the heads up. It's going to be pretty combat-heavy for awhile since this group of characters doesn't seem like the kind that will turn away from a fight, so I'm not sure if that will make it easier or harder to keep up with what is going on. If you go 24 hours without a post, I'll take it upon myself to conduct an appropriate action for her that won't get her killed. If you know you're going to be swamped for a day, you can post out of turn or just tell me what you want to do in the next few turns or whatever you feel will keep Ygne and the group moving.

Going to be out of town starting tomorrow until late Sunday. Chances are that regular posting will not resume until Monday.

I think hiding is a standard action for Jarveena though because she doesn't have Cunning Action. So I'd have to burn my Action Surge if I want to Hide and Attack in the same round. Might not be worth it. At least til I get Extra Attack. ;-)
