Larry tries first aid on himself one more time. Ripping his shirt and trying to staunch the blood flow.

Actually no, you're at no risk of dying at this stage. As you have a major wound, if you take more damage, and get to zero, you will die. You can't perform another First Aid roll, unless doing it as a Pushed roll (meaning added risk and unable to use Luck to fudge it) so I'll assume you DON'T plan to do that. Someone else, can of course, help.

With Kreutzwald gone, Karabekian cannot get Marc upstairs on his own. Attending to Larry might be the only answer, or waiting...

Making no headway up the stairs and with no response from above, Karabekian lays Marc down gingerly and goes to Larry. "Getz! Can you stand? Come on, man!"

Stumbling to his feet Marc responds, I think I can walk, but I don’t want to try walking up those stairs, what ever stabbed me also threw me down the stairs, let’s.... just try to finish this...

Glancing at the wall, it appears Marc pulled off no more than a couple of panels before he was taken down by the knife.
