Veroth slides past the wolf and attempts to flank it, while threatening the elf.

Rolls

Acrobatics to avoid AOO, A.C. 24 vs AOO - (1d20+16)

(3) + 16 = 19

Rapier (silver, +1) with flanking and sneak attack - (1d20+14, 1d6+3, 4d6)

1d20+14 : (6) + 14 = 20

1d6+3 : (2) + 3 = 5

4d6 : (1331) = 8

Aug 23, 2017 3:18 pm
OOC:
Is Veroth flying or something to get there because the green areas of the map are difficult terrain with increased movement cost (hence why the wolf could mot move so far away). Now that I think about it, it would have taken Durgim a double move to get to where he is, thus no attack.
Aug 24, 2017 3:40 am
OOC:
If the terrain is difficult, Veroth would fly.
Aug 24, 2017 1:51 pm
As Veroth finishes off the second wolf, Ireena makes a double move to cut off the elf.

Darren is up next.
Aug 24, 2017 1:56 pm
Darren moves down the road, hoping to be able to cut off the elf's escape if he tries to run.
Aug 24, 2017 4:33 pm
Ujjaya rises to his feet, brings his bow up, and shoots a single silvered arrow at the elf.
OOC:
Five foot step before firing.

Rolls

Bow attack,damage - (1d20+13, 1d8+5)

1d20+13 : (11) + 13 = 24

1d8+5 : (4) + 5 = 9

Aug 24, 2017 10:42 pm
OOC:
You're in difficult terrain, you cannot take a 5-foot step.
Roland's turn.
Aug 24, 2017 10:50 pm
OOC:
he can still take the shot at a neg 2 for being out of range
Can't he?
Aug 24, 2017 11:36 pm
OOC:
Out of range? isn't the range increment of a longbow something along the line of 100-120 feet?
Aug 25, 2017 12:50 am
OOC:
Def within longbow range. Without the 5-ft step though the target is beyond Point Blank range, so attack roll result is only 23. (I actually made a mistake: applied Point Blank bonus to attack but not damage).

Roland fires a single shot of the hackbutt at the elf, and uses the rest of the turn to reload.

(no modifiers except -2 for range increment, still firing against touch ac with use of dead eye. )

Rolls

attack 1 - (1d20+9)

(19) + 9 = 28

damage - (2d12)

(122) = 14

Aug 28, 2017 4:47 pm
Roland's shot leaves a gaping wounds in the elf, however, somehow, he is still standing...

Heather is up next.
Aug 28, 2017 11:35 pm
OOC:
I moved the fire elemental toward the elf, it has a 50ft move speed so I only moved 2 squares.
Heather will cast Searing Light, it is a ray attack (touch AC) I think there is a minus for shooting into combat but I was a bit confused by that.

Rolls

Ray to hit - (1d20-4)

(10) - 4 = 6

Damgae of hit - (3d8)

(356) = 14

Aug 28, 2017 11:48 pm
I do believe it's a -4, but I'm not entirely sure about that. Either way, sadly, Heather's fire beam missed. Sir Urik will move to corner the elf so he can run away and then send Hurnn to harry the elf. The elf will succeed his saving throw.

Third Round of Combat.

Initiative
22 elf and wolves
20 Durgrim
15 Veroth
15 Ireena
12 Darren
10 Ujjaya
9 Roland
7 Heather
5 Sir Urik

Special Conditions:
Rain: Reduce visibility by half, -4 Perception and ranged attacks, extinguishes unprotected flame, has 50% to extinguish protected flames (lantern).
Light Undergrowth: The textured green vegetation is light undergrowth. It costs 2 move squares, provides concealment, and +2 to DC of Acrobatics and Stealth.
Heavy Undergrowth: The plain green vegetation is heavy undergrowth. It costs 4 move squares, provides concealment (30%), +5 DC of Acrobatics, and +2 circumstance bonus to Stealth.
Trees: Standing in same square as tree gains partial cover (+2 AC, +1 Ref), Climb DC 15.
Massive Trees: Grants cover if staying behind it (+4 AC, +2 Ref), Climb DC 15).

Battle Map.

The elf will move 5-feet, drop his bow and draw his longsword, attempting to attack Sir Urik. His attack will miss.

Durgrim is up next.

Rolls

Elf's WIL save

Elf's attack

Aug 29, 2017 7:17 am
Durgrim hastens around the tree, and heaves his hammer around at the Elf, trying to knock him senseless.
OOC:
Guy is sentient, and I'd like to talk to him, so I'll go non-lethal. (-4 on the attack because of it)

Rolls

Forgehammer, non-lethal (to hit, non-lethal damage, electricity damage) - (1d20+8, 2d6+6, 1d6)

1d20+8 : (8) + 8 = 16

2d6+6 : (45) + 6 = 15

1d6 : (4) = 4

Aug 29, 2017 1:43 pm
Above the body of the dead wolf, Veroth leaps, his wings propelling his leap in an arc over and around the others and lands beside the elf opposite Durgrim. He strikes violently with his bloodied rapier.

"Where is Janis Barahg?" he hisses.

Rolls

Silvered rapier with flanking and sneak attack - (1d20+14, 1d6+3, 4d6)

1d20+14 : (13) + 14 = 27

1d6+3 : (5) + 3 = 8

4d6 : (2453) = 14

Aug 29, 2017 2:34 pm
OOC:
Okay, Durgrim will have made the elf fall unconscious, but does anyone knows if energy damage on a weapon can also be dealt in a nonlethal fashion? Because I have my doubt. I found a Paizo thread where people were discussing this, but they seem to fail to come to a consensus...
