Taunt-and-Stress-Opponent-into-Mistake Technique is burned. Ivor's aim to stalk up to a 20' position for close range hatchet throws is not tolerated by the cornered enemy, not without a reaction at least.
Not sure if that is what you were aiming to do or not Jabes, but I'm pressing on with it either way. This stuff is confusing and hanging on a thread. Actions are going to steer the course of this along with the dice.
Well no, Ivor didn't mean to wreck everyone's plans. But J played Ivor exactly right: there was 50/50 chance (at best) of him complying with RC's command to stand down. If the order had come from Kray that might have stood a better chance.
Sorry, guys.
Yo, Jabes. I know I may be frustrating you - cascade of events from something not quite intended. Now poison javelins sailing at Ivor's head. yikes.
Just so you know, I was NOT ABOUT TO write back to you like a micro-manager NPC-lobbyist, "You know, Jabes...Rutcranna doesn't want Ivor to get any closeerrrrr. Do you REALLY want to keep moving?!? Because if you do, she is going to be really maadddddd!"
I thought it best to just read your description, take it at face value, and make it happen.
Realistic I thought too, because those sorts of moments lack perfect clarity and miscommunications are often a risk.
Plus, fuck that bitch. Always talking. Now she's laid out. That's what happens.
Just kidding. I'm not for her or against her - BUT must admit I am enjoying the break from writing her right now. Haha! She is a heavy weight to carry sometimes, and nothing I hate more than NPC vs. NPC fights.
