Important: Throne Room Defense/Offense remains in effect IF you are in the circle structure of the Throne Room. If you set foot outside the Throne Room threshold, going into the north hallway, all of that vision and clarity falls away-- you loose the performance.
Does one get it back if they step back in to the circle?
Ya. It's still active at the moment, as long as you stay in, even if it is on a return.

Remember, the stones are closing together. Estimate they will be closed within the next 10 - 20 seconds at this rate, if they are unobstructed, and maybe they will close even if obstructed (have to wait and see on that).

Changing to:

Remember, the stones are closing together. You can tell that they will be closed in approximately 12 more seconds at this rate, if they are unobstructed. And maybe they will close even if obstructed (have to wait and see on that).

Throne Room Vision, awareness of space and time, tells you for sure that the blocks would move back to seal together by the end of Round 3 if their slide rate continues as it is now.

Another benefit of Throne Room Vision: you are great at word problems in Physics class.

Do all the groundlings have something we can loose or throw at Throne Lady?

Thorn has a hand axe and a knife.

I was thinking the same thing. Bryn has a bow back and Hinka has s bow as well.

Notional Grid Map Update
In-Progress of TR2
Already reporting: Thorn, Doirind, Kray, Bryn, Boann, Laoise, Casidhe (partial), Hinka, Ivor (partial)
Remaining Action: Maeriks, Ivor (Movement and some Action remaining), Casidhe (partial Movement remaining)

https://dl.dropbox.com/s/2svx45vjs7zqmml/Throne%20Room%20Grid%20Map%20Progress%20Mid%20TR2Advance.JPG

Maeriks still has option for Action.

Noteworthy:

*Continued to remove dead opponents.

*Thorn is positioned below Sorcha Rhone, prepared for the possibility of a catch. SR and Kray are more than 20' high now, but under 30'.

*Doirind is at position labeled, but is down Prone (or braced on hands and knees at least) and looks to be circling the drain.

*The central one-step Throne Platform is rotating slowly counter clockwise. The Throne and The Hierophant are (obviously I guess) rotating accordingly on that platform.

*Casidhe still has some Movement juice left in the remainder of a Dash, but is facing off U4.7 with caution in hopes of a new development that might let her avoid getting nabbed by an Opportunity Attack. On that note, it was a surprise for me to see just how close Thorn is to Casidhe now. Good news I think for little 12 year old Colvert redneck. Laoise has some problems too, a couple of Ulathi in between her and some behind, but even she may be in the range of salvation with some luck and possible intervention.

*I froze Bryn's Movement mid-way in this image, placing him where he takes the arrow shot. He has already given intentions of returning in Cunning Action Movement, which will be underway.

*Remember to picture the gradual unfold and overlap of Actions, so Bottom of Round performers are in motion too, just not realized graphically exactly in this.

*Stone Blocks still closing inward towards one another, heading towards reunion as the single Great Cube Door 20x20x20.

*Actions frozen in time, as this scene pivots like a 360 Pivot Shot out of The Matrix:
1) Thorn's axe and seax blade throw
2) Bryn's arrow shot
3) Boann's kamikaze charge against the Heirophant
4) Rhone's scream of pain, anger, and nosebleed
5) The Hierophant looking down and to the left. Confused?

-------------------------------

No more updates or info from me until Maeriks is in. We're putting together these pivotal moments in a big picture interconnected.

No, it did kill U6.2. He's as dead as Julius Caesar.

I was pinned down back and forth between screens and did not see your post at first, but edited later. Revised Map.

Not sure what is wrong. There is some kind of delay. Let me keep working on it. But 6.2 is dead and gone. Looks like only 1 Ulathi in the north gap now.

UPDATE: Ok, for sure now. Something is flaking out on me, either Dropbox or GP. Images aren't coming through or are posting as text of the link rather than pictures. I'll keep at it, and maybe it will heal itself up, but the graphics are not right at the moment of me writing this.

X, you see above that I took some liberty to reorganize sequence on this stuff. In the interest of time and with the fact that you still get everything you want I think. To me, it seemed like Thorn would need to break through the dudes right in front of him before he could make some crazy 50' small weapon throws. Plus up at the north end, those throws would be into Long Range on the numbers; you would have to move forward to get into the 20' Range for Normal Attack and avoid Disadvantage.
In the end, you are still where you want to be. Same results. Desired position. Just different sequence. Hope you don't mind, but if you do I can scratch the above and go the other way, but then we would need to reroll with some Disadvantage headed your way.
Totally fine. That's me forgetting squares are 15 feet; I'm quite happy that it still worked out.

Yeah. Damn. Let's just throw the Tcho-Tcho at the Heirophant.

Sent in the second half of Ivor's turn. Positioned beside Thorn for axe throw at the heirophant, defend the exit (sub-optimal, because we're both Sentinels, but it'll have to do), and maybe help Kray and the kid somehow.

Yo, Jabes. Thought about the way you described your Action, Movement, and sequence. I picture it as Ivor going up and about to throw, but then seeing this scene unfold, including all of the other weapons getting the Protection from Missiles treatment.

I really think there was that split second in which he could hold his throw (or divert it to another target, convert to Melee vs. nearby Ulathi, etc. I just didn't want Hierophant to take away that hand axe in an manner that would have been a little more contrived by PBP mechanics than by a real-life visibility that would have been more clear, and thought the possibility of not 3 but 4 range attacks projecting out simultaneous was quite unrealistic.

That being said, you can still throw at Throne Diva, or you can redirect, reholster, or whatever else.
Yeah if she's going all jedi Ivor's definitely not playing that game! What are my melee options right now? Besides tackling Rutcranna off the dais, which I'm seriously considering?

OOC:
Your call. U4.7 and U4.5 seem like the most obvious melee candidates. They are right up in your and Thorn's grill as the Round is set to shift from Top to Bottom.

Plus U5.4 and U5.5 are in the mix one layer back.

And remember even the Group 4/Group 2 mix crowd further south will be getting Movement blend coming in on the Top to Bottom shift.

And on charging the Throne - that is of course in the cards like everything else, but I'll tell you ahead of time that I think that would face some spacing and pathway challenges given the 3-4 Ulathi who are purposefully setting up to defend and serve as obstacles. If that is the Action selected, expect some resistance in the form of possible OAs, demands for Overrun, etc. Not trying to steer you or give away surprises, just wanted to mention to clarify to a degree and some things shouldn't be a surprise.

TR 2 Update
OOC:
Remaining Actions:
Ivor (partial)
Maeriks
Casidhe (partial Movement)

Send that in then we will continue the sequence for R2.

Sorry about the excessive ALL CAPS, Maeriks is pist. And then I got excited about a well timed crit. Well... that is if I survive the three OAs and dont just collapse a foot before her.

Damn. Just double checked the map. Dont know why I thought Maeriks could reach the throne.

Yo, Jabes. Send it in to me where/how that second set of numbers on Attack is headed.
Throw axe at Hierophant?
Charge Hierophant for melee strike? (As discussed with CB for Maeriks, would need to make use of Dash to make the distance, so confirm if you have an Action Surge to burn if you are going this route)
Melee Attack on a nearby Ulathi? If so, which one?

I think that is one of the last things coming in for TR2.

Locust spear out before him, Maeriks charges the Heirophant. Screaming "FUUUCK YOU ALLL!" as he is attacked on all sides.

This is such a freakin hilarious and awesome battle cry!
It stands out to me because so far Maeriks hasn't been presented as a cussing, F-bomb type guy. He's generally pretty nice.

But at this point, he's faced so much stress and difficulty and tough decisions he isn't used to. He's been nearly killed multiple times. His women are dying. He's just burned out.
He's done with this whole room full.
FUCK ALL Y'ALL.

Exactly. I was lolling to myself writing that. He may have snapped mentally. I was so conflicted too - He is either going to be pissed or despair at the situation. Went with anger. What do angry, uni telligent people do? Smash things. I knew he would charge RT, but I was telling myself the whole time "He is dead. Oh fuck this is a bad decision. I should change it." So glad to get a crit and high damage to make it worthwhile.

DMJ says:
When Maeriks leaps up on the one-step platform, The Hierophant is sitting on the Dark Throne of Dagan, which is facing nearly due east in its rotation.

Maeriks' attack then is coming towards the Hierophant's left side.

Maeriks aims the Locust Spear right at the side of her head.
Perfect. Just leave it at that and lets break for our traditional Friday respite a little early and finish up next Monday.

Updated Grid Map
Round 2. After Ulathi Attacks.

https://dl.dropbox.com/s/3sqpnd89qppyqdn/Throne%20Room%20Grid%20Map%20Progress%20End%20BR2.JPG

No Action Hierophant.

All Deep One Actions reported.

Kray has option for last Action that could end Round 2 (he has used 15' Movement to stand from Prone after fall)

Maeriks may notice Locust Spear on the ground south of him.

Doors still closing. Narrowing escape path. Probably closed at the end of Round 3 unless they stop or are slowed.

Throne platform still rotating counter clockwise.

Thorn has SR (I'm assuming a catch at this point). She is unconscious, flushed red, and sweating profusely.

Other women and south capture group are gone. South wheel door closing.
