Am really excited about this game, though there is a lot to read about, so it's gonna take a while before I jump in, I suppose.

GV is OK for short, or greenvoid, but I'd like to avoid Greeny, because of a kids' book for learning English from my childhood. :)

Take your time, GV. Read as much as you want, but don't feel like you have to master everything before diving in. I definitely don't want to risk burnout right from the start! There was a bunch of background setting clutter out there for us too at the original launch that wasn't anywhere near to being clear, but it worked out that it kind of emerged organically and over gradual experience with the story and reading over the longer haul.

In any case, we'll move forward when you're ready. Character build so far sounds great, responses in by PM.

Sorry that I’ve been a shitty team mate, as J has mentioned life has been busy as fuck and work has been kicking me in the nuts daily.

Thank you for the warning Ox but I make all my characters basically immune to death. They all suffer from a horrendous disease and their one wish is to become a favored adventurer before they perish from it; makes the DM feel like a dick if they die so they avoid it at all costs.

HypCo Pro Tip (DM pls no red): They don't actually have to be sick, just lie about that bit and you can adventure indefinitely.

Hey everyone, thanks for the warm welcome!

Really looking forward to getting in the mix here. With J's help I've dreamt up a demon-hunted Rogue Inquisitor from the exotic lands of Alijan. The mechanics and soul of the character center around weaponized mental stats and creative problem solving. He's the kind of guy that knocks down the tower by removing just the right brick, or uses the fact that he knows that brick as leverage over the lord that lives in that tower. His short term goals are to escape his (literal) demons, and his long term goal is to avenge his noble family's destruction and kill the Emperor of Alijan.

Fellas, sorry I'm struggling these recent days at work. Meant to catch up. Still trying. Hopefully tonight.
