Len, I'm sorry most of all to see you go. I was digging how Inspector Sizhen was coming along, and of course you are one of the best players on the site. Can't help but wonder if I could have done / could do something different to convince you stay, but I don't want to beat it to death or make you feel guilty. I get what you say and appreciate you giving it a go for getting involved in Ep 2. You've taught me a lot here and elsewhere on GP; I hope we can catch back up in other venues.

Sorry I didn't make an announcement earlier, but I'm really glad to have Tsavo onboard. He sent some comms to me by PM that were right on, and I feel convinced that he is going to be a great resource to the team and help tell some badass stories.
And on that note....if you and I need to talk about character gen ideas, let's do that under the cover over of darkness HERE using the "Note" function, so that these sneaky cheaters here don't try to play us out for advantage or worse, influence you on character development. Ha!
It'd be pretty awesome if we can pull out a cool character intro with yours and Jabes' new character kind of coming into the scene around this same time or close to it. MYSTERY!

Ox, I HAVE talked to X. He's ready to rock - Thorn has been sharpening Urdav's blade for like 3 months, so the first guy that gets hit by that bad boy is probably going to get split into two different dimensions he'll be so cut up.

Have NOT heard from Hyp nor Ez.

Hyp I remember like me was taking some time away and I think maybe coming back only on limited capacity for a while. I hope he can join us, but not sure. Hyp, would love to get you back on the roster, bro!

I talked to Ez back at the shutdown, and I think he was getting out entirely for the summer. His orange symbol avatar is Zzz'd out asleep, so he might be out of comms. Hopefully word will get out to him and he is up for the Restoration attempt.

I'll try to post up a brief review (really. will keep it short), with pictures. Reminders on things like:

Recent NPCs
Summary of goals in Cursed Palace

Will also give a summary style writing of what the key NPC has said in some short interchange.

Hope is that you guys can make some quick but well-informed decisions about what steps to take next.

May not be able to get that done until Wed or Thurs. Hopefully we can get in touch with others in the meantime.
T-Save, again you can take your time to build the character. I don't expect us to be off to the races right away, so there will be time to insert on the scene when you are ready.

I already have a couple ideas about backstory etc. I'll "note" you some thoughts tomorrow. Battling an illness so just meds and early night right now.

Appreciate the "no rush" and lack of pressure. Means a lot. That said, I love character creation and am psyched to join the party so I won't keep you waiting long.

Thorn found a portal to our world, joined the game, and is now playing a character named X. X is a centaur wizard. It took some long arguments to get J to concede that this character is exactly what Dark Thrones needed, but in the end, he saw the light, and I'm sure our lives will all be the richer for it.

When Thorn logs on and gets on the board I am going to totally talk shit to him and embarrass him in front of our whole group. After I make fun of whatever avatar he picks, I'm going to tell him to go use his high INT and Observation skills to go get a real world job in Silicon Valley working with computer nerds like CB.

Yo, fellas. Wanted to put out a quick status update.

Hyp is not going to be able to come back. He took off from GP about the same time as me for work obligations, came back for a short bit, but then had to fade out again. RL ish is just too busy.
I gotta sympathize with that. Hyp will be missed, but we wish him well. Door is still open for him to come back anytime if the schedule opens up for him. Trece? We'll see what happens with that guy.

Spoke to Ez briefly by PM. He's been busy but is getting clear soon. I'll let him do the talking from there. Kray is queued up for Restoration Sequence.

I'll try to catch back up tonight with a post or two later.

I'm so excited to be back guys! It's time for Maeriks to stumble out of NPC hell into... well probably hell where stray spiders, hounds, and stirges will make quick work of him.

Fellas, really wish I could enter more, but I'm limited on time tonight and tomorrow night (Thurs).

I was thinking about a review, but I don't think I want to take the time. If you are a little rusty, I recommend rereading recent pages or using the Ep 2 directory. Also I'll answer OOC questions if they are something the character would know.

T-Save, Jabes, I know I owe both of you more response on the CharGen thread. I'll get to it as soon as I can.

I have to close it down tonight, but will gain ground as we get to the weekend.

Had to invest all time tonight working with new character info for Jabes and Tsavo.

I'll give best effort to catch up on Maeriks tomorrow, and also kick off the main group interaction either tomorrow night or early Saturday morning (US EST).
