I've been busy on this trip, but done now - at the airport with a quick break then probably off comms for the rest of the night.

Man, this scene has been sort of feast or famine. EXFIL team is safe but not really in the churn on Action. Probably boring you to tears. RESCUE team has had lack of safety, but action-packed. Hyp, Iasu is knocking on heaven's door. Fucking bug just put him ZHP with the hit and then laid the poison in. We fought some of those on the way in and the toxin sets in quick, so he's going to take more damage over a few turns after ZHP.

Topping it off, we have no clue where he is and no way to get to him. It's not good. You're right about one thing, though. It's a great scene, but not so much badass as it is tragically gorgeous.

I generally keep track of everyone's hp to better strategize, and when that bug laid into Iasu and he failed the CON save... so damn close. It doesn't look good at all.

A good portion of, what I'm assuming is supposed to be a note is showing, J. I'm guessing you put a little bit of ooc partway through? I only read the first couple words before thinking that it's out of place and probably not supposed to be seen. 'The veteran squad' is where your fly opens and your big story flops out.

Y'all can't see the rolls I guess like Jabes and I can, but Iasu's Death Saves were: 2, 10, 11, 5, 15.
After four rolls, that was a 2 - 2 tie, with one of the Life Saves on the 50/50 mark of 10.
Then the 5th roll is the tie breaker. Winner: Life.
