Yo, Players' Club! I hope you are all doing well where you are.
I appreciate all of the kind words above.
You guys are the best. We don't know each other face-to-face, but I think of you all as real friends. Internet game relationships are weird like that - something I've never known before GP/DT.
No way this whole project could have gotten off the ground without this Club - definitely no way for it to become the captivating, comedic, controversial product that it has become over 2+ years. That's just fucking awesome to me, and I don't take it for granted.
So I don't take it lightly as I call the break now. I mean it when I say I have all intentions of getting caught up in The Real for the summer and then reviving this insane weirdo imagination game that has become a miniature subculture. Episode 3 is in development - I think it would be totally dope track as a reunion event.
I'll reach back to you guys in September. Until then, if you need me this is my mail again:

Have a tremendous summer, J. It's a season I really try to make the most of myself. Whenever it comes to an end, I always wish I could go back for one more cookout, or revisit the 4th of July. Love the hell out of summer.

YO, PLAYERS' CLUB!!!!
J-MIA coming at you live from the Admin Headquarters.
Fellas, I hope you are doing well where you are. I can't tell you how much I have been itching to log on and game.
I'm in a full whirlwind though in The Real. Workload at my job is at an all-time high. I've been on the razors edge on the Life game. The bad news up front: I'm not going to be able to get back into DT/GP gaming this month nor anytime really soon.
Good news, or at least a hope: I just got news tonight that I was waiting on since May of this year. I won a big account at work that will mean a big score for me and my company. It's a real gamechanger - and had always been sort of an all-or-nothing situation. I was either going to be the heel or the hero - going to get fired or get praised. I'm glad to say it is the latter.
What does that mean for Dark Thrones???
It means I don't have to spend the rest of the year in depression in search of another job, so there is a chance that maybe I can stabilize and get back online for leisure at some point late in the year.
It won't be now - I've got a tidal wave of work starting tonight and won't stop for probably a couple of months.
But at least it's something.
Maybe like a light at the end of a tunnel, like when Iasu was rising up out of that Pit gate, right before he passed out and then woke up to start making out with his mom and sister so hard that he had to do a name change?
Sorry I can't do better right now, y'all. I really want to get back at it.
But here it is...
I will give it another shot to get back with you guys late in November.
I can't make promises, but I'll assess then and see if you guys are still willing. If so, I'd love to get the DT project back in business for Episode 3.
