G'Rehth looks around in bewilderment as chaos ensues. He hears Mayron's announcement and wastes no time following him. "That idiot is going to get flooded with panicked beings of all sorts!", he thinks.
OOC:
rolling general cool and perception checks, to see how level headed G'Rehth stays, and if he notices anything useful in the scrum, like a dropped vibrosword. Flug, feel free to ignore if you don't think appropriate.

Mayron takes in a deep breath as he fully appreciates the stampeding mass of people for the first time.

As the panicked station inhabitants swarm around them, he closes his eyes and wishes, for the first time, that he was back on the planet, alone and in control of his environment.

Ta'hida had looked up at the sound of the human as he had approached. The Chadra fan had left without a word of thanks, typical. An instant later astrong sense of foreboding gripped him. He had just begun swinging his head back towards the direction the runner had come from when the explosion shook the station. Ta'hida noticed in horror as the rent in the station grew and dimly heard the nearby human yelling about a ship.

More groaning and crunching noises sound and the floor shakes. Out of the transparisteel canopy you can see that the habitation ring of the station is beginning to tear away from the central refinery. The shortest way back to the Serendipity is impassable and the escape pods are disappearing fast. It seems you will need to go the long way to find your ship.

Ta'hida looks around and sees the human and Nikto running and decides to follow them, yelling
Twi'lek? Need a ship? Come with us.

OOC:
Total for Roll: 1 Threat.
G'Rehth's vigilance seems to pay off; he sees a cred-stick lying on the floor ahead of him. He stoops to pick it up, but just then the floor buckles and the Fred-stick falls down a crack.
OOC:
Take 1 Strain
:-)

G'Rehth growls in frustration as he stumbles and the credstick slips out of his grasp. "Can't catch a break here!"

He regains his footing and balance, and straightens to locate that odd human. "He's my best chance out of here"
OOC:
Spatial awareness is hard here. Is Mayron still close by and in easy view? G'Rehth is going to go wherever he goes.
Jul 28, 2017 9:33 pm
OOC:
Nobody has said they were going off anywhere so the group is still all together.
Jul 28, 2017 9:36 pm
OOC:
yeah, I got confused. I thought mayron ran off and G'rehth followed, so I followed.
Jul 29, 2017 9:35 pm
Mayron sees a few of those who had been standing nearby turn to him.

"Oh, come...come on then. My....space....flyer....ship is this way," he says, looking around as he tries to get his bearings again.

With that, he takes off in the direction of his ship, with only a cursory glance to check if the others are following.
Jul 29, 2017 9:58 pm
Ta'hida follows the human towards his ship he doesn't sound quite right, but not quite right is a lot better than vacuum.

Ta'hida decides to sound the human out a bit as they're running. So, tell me about your ship
Jul 29, 2017 10:52 pm
G'Rehth doesn't need a second invitation. He quickly follows the odd human and the Pantoran.
Jul 29, 2017 11:21 pm
"It's got a name. The name is...erm...Serendipity, the Dip for short. It's pretty beat up. Incom A36 Pathfinder. Got room enough for you guys and, importantly, it's airtight.

Mayron casts a glance at the pantoran as they jog, trying to size up his situation from a glance.

"I'm on the lookout for crew at the moment. If you don't have any prior engagements, then you're more than welcome to continue on with me. Provided you do your share."

"Odd timing for an interview, but is there anything you can bring to the ship, provided you're interested of course?"
Jul 29, 2017 11:42 pm
I like the sound of that; airtight being my favorite quality in a ship. I'll be glad to do my share. Speaking of which, what is your stance on "enthusiasm without training is better than training without enthusiasm?"

Unless you need me to sweet talk your ship, I'm afraid the former is I'll I've got to offer.

Well at least he sounds more coherent than a few minutes ago
Jul 30, 2017 6:28 am
"That's fine. I've been...away for a while. Not so great with people anymore. You can do the talking."
Jul 31, 2017 5:57 pm
OOC:
Sorry for lateness, rolling now
Juse ran as fast as his feet could carry him behind the odd group of people led by the young male human. Guys, I would appreciate it if you could wait for a second! he yelled. I so hope you're walking towards a ship!

"Walking?!" Mayron calls over his shoulder as he eyes the deforming hull panels and starts to pick up the pace. "You'd better run!"

Mayron dodges around carts and stands that have been overturned in the chaos of civilians running.
OOC:
I'd like to try and see if Mayron can figure out a shortcut back to the ship based on his general knowledge of the station?
Aug 1, 2017 11:29 pm
"Aye, running it is!", affirms G'Rehth, as the smoke gets heavier and the stench of ozone fills the air.
Aug 1, 2017 11:38 pm
Ta'hida pushes down the urge to talk and focuses on keeping pace and avoiding knots of other panicked beings. This is not something to which he is accustomed. Life was much more...sedate before.
Aug 4, 2017 5:34 pm
Mayron looks at the panicked citizens around him and the three others who are looking to him for direction. He casts his mind out, knowing that the station should have the same basic layout on this side as what he saw since he left the Dip.
