TACTIC says:
Charisma Save 1d20+7
You actually got an 11 from being within 10 feet of me
Jun 30, 2018 11:44 pm
OOC:
It is hundreds of individual jellies, though they are currently all squished together moving as a single mass.

OOC:
drama!?! Did you rig the rolling calculator or something lol. These rolls my dude...
Jul 1, 2018 12:28 pm
OOC:
looking at this thing, is it something I would feel comfortable attacking or is it something no one in there right mind would attack? I am having trouble with this one.

OOC:
I don't know if I'm allowed to share, but I heard from a reliable source that we would die if we tried to fight. Perhaps it was a wise idea to talk to the voice(?) And there was something else to talk to... And there was something about the green slime....

But fighting = death....

OOC:

(69) = 69

Cemos - (1d100)

Jul 2, 2018 12:19 pm
The sight of the surging ooze pile is horrific, to say the very least. Bildaweer, Georges, and Rypid seem to be able to shrug off the effects well enough, but the rest of you are not so lucky. Cemos, no one in their right mind would attack this pile of slime. It would be like trying to single-handedly fight a lake. You can barely tell where one begins and another ends, not to mention the risk of all your metal armor being eaten away in a matter of moments.

Bildaweer, you are positive that the Diggermattocks (the current leadership of Blingdenstone) cannot possibly know that this is going on here.

Just as Heartboiler attempts to take a step forward a weird sensation shoots through her body. A feeling she has never had quite the same before. First she thinks she needs to burp, but when she tries to force the air out of her stomach nothing comes until she almost vomits. Her hands start shaking, her heart pounding in her chest and her knees feeling like they're made from rubber. Involuntary she stumbles back, away from the swirling mass of yuck. She tries to speak, but no sound comes out of her mouth, her breath stuck in her throat. Not understanding she looks at the others, fear and panic in her eyes as she walks back even more, lowering her weapon because it feels like it's about to drop from her hands.

Rypid steps to the forefront and bows quickly "Of course, My King, we will await for your invitation with bated breath. Simple overzealous, to meet a man of your stature. Thank you, My King, for blessing us with this grand opportunity." With another quick bow, he heel spins to face the group.

OOC:
Thanks for covering for me Drama. I'm probably not back fully, just found myself with a little breathing room this morning.

Bildaweer sees Rypid and watches him turn around. He hesitates just for a moment . . .
OOC:
Rolling portent rolls. Was Gurnik's blessing temporary? I'd like to try and discern what sort of attack on us was made and whether or not it was temporary so also rolling arcana just in case.
OOC:
I'd like to sub in the low portent for the next attack or ability check or save the creature has to make. And, for the players, what should I do with the 18?

"Tatzintli!" The warrior yells, stepping forward in instinctive shocked response. Then she blinks and shakes her head, pressing her hand to her eyes and muttering under her breath in draconic.

Considering the situation, and not trusting her eyes at the moment, Misha follows the group backward.

OOC:
No, Gurnik's blessing is a permanent one. There was no magical attack made.
Jul 3, 2018 5:11 pm
Bildaweer bows and lowers his head. We shall await your call your grace. He turns and walks away.

OOC:
Looks like the party is withdrawing. Unless someone else is lingering, Misha is leaving with them if that was not clear
Jul 8, 2018 12:45 am
The party pulls back from the edge of the jelly filled chamber. Heartboiler is leading the charge, as odd as it is to see her retreating from a fight.

When you get back through the doors, the guards close it, keying in the locks once more. When the guard you spoke with before looks at you, his head cocks to the side kind of like a dog.

What in the nine hells could have all of you that spooked? You were only in there but a minute!
Jul 8, 2018 11:51 am
Cemos looks at the guard
WHAT DID YOU SAY! looking pensive and stepping to the side putting his back to the wall and the group and guards in front of him. I am not spooked, this is just how I look! Who are you to judge?
Jul 8, 2018 2:54 pm
Looking back at the doors and where they've come from, Bildaweer says Take us to the Diggermattocks at once. And then looking at the guards, No delays. The situation is dire.
Jul 8, 2018 3:20 pm
Misha blinks, stares wide eyed at the gnome guard. She shakes her head grounds her new hammer on the rock and recovers her eyes. Letting Bildaweer take the lead while she tries to banish these foul visions that are far too outlandish to be real.

OOC:
lol this is going to be interesting to see how the group deals with all of this
